First time stepping into Harbor Freight, I had my 7 yr old nephew with me that desperately needed a restroom. I was coldly told by one of the cashiers that they were buisy and that if we walked to the back of the store where the restrooms were located she would send someone back to let us in the restroom as soon as someone was available. So I walked my nephew back there and no one came, so we walked back up to the front and I asked again and was told that a worker was cleaning one of the ailse's and they could let us in, so back to that aisle to look for this supposed employee, but again no one was there, so back up to the front, then the other cashier tells us to go next door because they are busy! Then on top of being extremely rude and dismissive starts to argue with me! I LEFT WITH MY POOR NEPHEW AND RUSHED TO A NEARBY STORE SO HE COULD FINALLY GET RELIEF! NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I GIVE HARBOR FREIGHT MY BUSINESS, AND I WILL LET EVERYONE THAT I CAN KNOW NOT TO EITHER!!
Called the store an hour ahead of coming in to verify that a tool would be in stock, when I was told yeah it is in stock I felt glad that I had subverted any wasted time and was excited to come make my purchase. When I reached the checkout counter with my voucher. I was slowly informed that this tool was in fact not in stock at all, indicating that they had never bothered to check for it in the first place. Tell me harbor freight, is it arrogant of me? Am I being entitled expecting the staff to provide this service as a convenience or is it a little bit rude to waste your customers time by lying to them? Thanks
Prices are good on some tools but quality is on the ground , really bad on most tools power tools are the worse battery powered ones , and corded are just way poor made like jacks they go bad too kwick too and only a few things worth buying
This store never has sufficient employees check out is always a 20 min line every weekend
I walked in for a 8$ box of screws and after spending 300$ for all new tools I can definitely say they are doing something right. Amazing prices. Great quality. Only thing they didnt have was a handheld torch so I had to got to home depot for that. Their tools are lifetime warranty so dont kid yourself acting like snap on is that much better for the price they do just fine.
There was 1 cashier, only the line was so long and then another associate came and instead helping to make the line come down he got another customer to do a exchange , and then the store manager pass by help with the exchange on the customers, and left to her office, instead of jump on the registrer. Meanwhile me and another customer waiting in line, the customer in front of me left. So disappointed on this store.
Found everything i needed and stuff was on sale too, so got it cheaper. Recomend going here before somewhere else
Terrible service. 10 people in line and only one open cashier. Other employees ignored the situation and the cashier talks a lot. I mean it is good when you have the time but not when you have so many people in line.
Husband loves the store. Gotta give it five stars.
They had exactly what I needed, and at a great price. The staff were very accommodating as well. I had stood in line for my turn at the cashier. Upon being my turn to pay up, I found that I had left my wallet in my car. I left the line to retrieve my wallet. When I came back in to the store, my items had been set aside and the cashier waved me to the front of the line to pay for my items. They didn't have to do that. They took it upon themselves to hasten my payment. Just well done in my opinion. Good items, good prices, great service too.
