Kind of a ghetto place but that's not their fault. Customer service seems to be reasonable for this store. Store is always well stocked and reasonably laid out. If you need a bunch of cheap Chinese tools this is your place
The service always seems to be great here despite the fact the location is not the best. Parking lot is hard to get in and out of sometimes due to the other business in the same lot, the apartment complex and all the trash left laying everywhere. The store is always clean and the people who work here are always polite.
Been coming here for over 15 years. They have so much useful tools. You don't need to spend hundreds on tools. These tools will get the job done. And if it breaks, they have a great warranty here.
Have bought many items from here, thousands of $ spent. Never had any real problems, especially considering how many things were purchased. Everything from hand tools, large compressor, small pancake compressor, 12 volt compressors. 5 inverter generators 3500 watt. One has 5500+ hours and running as I write this! Security system/DVR and cameras, floor jacks, automotive specialty tools like pulley and fuel injection tools, inch pound torque wrench. Plus, a lot more! If you do have an issue, they replace it without issues!
Surprised with the good service. I bought a decent size tool box recently and the workers helped me load it in my truck. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Handled business on my lunch break.
Had a little trouble finding the front door..............this location faces the back so I parked in front and had to walk around............I didn't see until it was too late that they had parking in the back side too..............the employee's here are nice and helpful.............not in the best neighborhood..............but they had what I needed so I went to this location

Good place to buy cheap tools . Clean store , one little problem: there are a lot of homeless people around.
