In a central location in El Cajon. They used to have more workers to answer any questions, but now we can tell they are short on team members. I used the cur it yourself station and I found it convenient. They have an excellent inventory of home stuff

It's a Home Depot with most of the HD baggage. The web site and reality do not match. Plenty of stock in the store. Oh yeah? Try to get it. Free Delivery. Oh yeah? Try it. Our free delivery tomorrow $500 order will be arriving in four days. We site states 259 units in the store. Employee says they have none. YIKES!!!!
Nice Home Depot would recommend for ease of parking and helpful employees. The lemon grove store is the opposite of this store. When possible, avoid lemon grove and come to this one. Good selection and well organized.
Well I will try to avoid this location as much as possible… we all know how big is Home Depot and I wasn’t able to find what i’m there for, so I asked female employee about it to tell me where the stuff, but as soon I turned she was laughing with her male employee. When I turned back to them they were looking at me. Not sure exactly what was so funny for customer took under one minute asking simple one thing where is at to get this treatment.. such a poor customer service and ll never ask again don’t mind to walk around looking for small thing in such a big store as Home Depot!
They had the special drill bits that I needed that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was in, found the bits fast with the help of a Home Depot employee, and was checked out very quickly. I was in there probably 5 or 6 minutes, really!! MY time is valuable too. Thank you Home Depot
ah... home depository... thank you for never missing a opportunity to change too much i was sick of having extra cash laying around. thank you for incompetent staff that lives to pretend they know what their talking about to the that they scoff at being corrected about glue not serving much purpose in building cabinets. thank you for not trusting to pay cash at self check out. i never get right anyway. i mean one paper had the #10 on it and another had the #1 on it. but if 0 means nothing then i should be able to the #1 paper as a hundred right? home deception there will always be a part of me that hates you
Horrible I spent 3800 on a lawn mower at the Poway store who gave it to the El Cajon store to deliver. When it was delivered it was incomplete after 6 hours on the phone we were able to make an appointment with Jose in El Cajon at 330 pm, because he was going to be there until 7pm, he told me to have customer service page him. Customer service told me he wasn't working that day even though I spoke with him that morning. When I called him he was getting ready to go home at 315. Nothing was ready for me to pick up we had to wait 45 minutes for him to get it plus 20 minutes for him to meet us. So their mess up cost me 9.5 hours of my time to correct. The customer service on the the phone was rude disrespectful as well as mentally challenged. Who told me things like I need to be more mechanically inclined. Witch was really funny since I am an aerospace machine. Moral to the story NOW I SHOP AT LOWE'S.
DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT AS THEY USE TEMCO FOR THIER DELIVERIES AND INSTALL. HORRIBLE REVIEWS FOR TEMCO. We ordered a dryer online here for the 1st time and had the worst experience with delivery crew. Dryer was supposed to be just dropped off and that was it which did happen. The only problem is, the new dryer wasnt supposed to be installed at the house they delivered it to since we did not pay installation or disposal. They hauled away our perfectly working dryer and after 1 week of trying to get it back still no resolution to this day. I kept calling home depot and temco just keep saying that they called and left a voicemail to deliver it back and that did not happen at all. They just tell you lies and say they are working on it. You would think with the horrible reviews for temco that they would switch to a new contractor but they keep working with them. No integrity what so ever they probably cant find my dryer so they just play with me as they can just get away with it. They wont deliver it back or pay us for the dryer they took. Be carefull with your online orders. Much better to pick it up yourself as they do not pay attention to detail, who knows what else they might haul away from your house or even damage your property.
Yesterday my dad went to pick up some wood to make a fence and he had taken my 8 year old brother who’s autistic and Pam who was near the wood area , she was very helpful and caring to ensure my brother was safe while my dad was looking for the wood. Again she is very kind person and should be acknowledged more for her work.
