Great customer service!! Awesome store!! First time visiting. Looking for ideas to remodel my garage!!
I went to this store thinking that I would find the necessary tool and I found it apparently because I was looking for an electricity generator and there were several one of 5500 w and it gives 6500 in the highest range I asked and a girl helped me and I asked her if it was useful for a machine small inverter for welding and he told me I'll ask someone if they know what I'm asking a boy and the boy just saw me and said I don't know it's okay I told him maybe if I take the 9000 w? and he replied the same thing, I don't know, I can't sell you something that doesn't work for you, so to top it off I told him, okay, sell me a welder that I can use with your generator, and just be specific in answering, I can't sell you something that I don't know if you it will work then why are they there to deny the service? Or because he is Latino he simply did not want to do it? I did not ask for anything as a gift but this person just dedicated himself to saying no no and no so I do not recommend the store or the chain on another occasion another manager ignored me in the 59 store I will not buy there anymore and if someone asks me about any tool or by mistake I will send them to this chain.
My family has been shopping at this location for at least 5 years now. Customer service at this store has always been better than other HF's I've shopped at.
Staff was friendly, but each item I came for was out of stock. They also have the bathrooms PIN LOCKED. Bizarre, in my opinion.
I want to give a Hugh shout out to TylorStore Manager! On Sunday 8/20. I called this store and spoke to Mr.Tylor about a Pittsburgh Fl. jack I purchased and without hesitation he swap it out no problem. In my book he is very professional and Knows is customer to a T. Thank you you, Jeff
We found what we really needed,at affordable price. Anything for work place household and/or anything that anybody needs for and to keep stuff and things tied down or up and running. Harbor freight is the place to go to.
I recently had the opportunity to use a product from this Tool Company, and I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the customer service.
Got everything in stock and the employees were friendly and helpful.
The staff member was very helpful and was happy to get us the tools we were requesting.
It's Very good to shop at this place.for people to different can of jobs.they have so many tools and the praises are very good so I like this place and I recommend to everyone.its guanderfull.
