Reviews are always helpful when deciding where to stay for the first time. The owners comments about the bad reviews is very unsettling. It wouldn’t want to take a chance on a long term stay. Sorry
Placed in a convenient location with an international food market at the entrance. They are upgrading the park spaces to concrete 5 spaces at a time. There are nice bathrooms for the park residents/guest; at the front building next to the laundry room that needs to be updated. The WiFi provided by the park works well close to the front of the park but for the rest of the park its like playing a game of hide and seek where you keep finding the person but he won’t stop hiding while slandering you a cheater.
Im looking to be in the Seattle area passing threw to Alaska. While booking my cross country trip from NC I rely HEAVILY on Google reviews from customers of each park we have considered staying at. It helps us know what to expect what they do and don't have sometimes like in the reviews I've read here that you don't allow large dogs which we have a 50 lb dog. What I can't believe about this particular park is how the owners/ management can sit here and respond to reviewers in the manner they have. You run a customer service business. Customers don't owe you, you owe them. YOU the owner/ manager should be apologetic and offer resolution. That gives your future guests the ability to decide well Suzie Q just hypothetical because by the looks of it you say none of the reviewers stayed in your park didn't like her stay. Well me as a intelligent down to earth individual knows that there are hard to please people out there. You could kiss their feet and line your sights with gold and they still wouldn't be happy. Just an fyi your future campers know there are those people in the world. So no one looking at your reviews is going to care about the few 1 star reviewers. The way you responded to them though I do care about. You could leave it blank, not respond or just simply apologize and offer a free soda. But you didn't. Your responses to your reviews kept me from using your park oh and the no larger dog rules NOT your reviews.
I just have to say this. Me and my husband and kids are planing on moving to Washington so I thought I would look up some rv parks and there reviews of course. While I was looking I came across this one. I for one truly love when people put reviews up when they are turned away for example for a camper that's too old considering ours is a beautiful 1969 pets to big. I however do not listen to complaints about rudeness because sometimes people bring that on themselves. However if the owner comments on it with rudeness you kinda have to believe it. Reviews help people decide if they want to stay in your park. All you had to comment on that particular review was sorry you feel that way buts it's part of our rules. Not we won't kiss someone's behind. Very poor service skills.
We were looking for a nice park to stay in, as usual we love to read reviews first. It's easy to spot the negative people vs the legitimate negative reviews. We were pushed away by what appears to be bitter replies by someone who works for the park in regards to not so great reviews. It's a hospitality business, smile and keep the FU's in your mind.
it's a long term rv site. no overnight stay.
Small spaces, but we have stayed in worse places. The park is on the cramped side but it's not bad. Been here for a month and have not had any issues. If you use a dish for tv you must be in certain spots. The cable provider is not bad if can't get signal. Pet friendly with dog walk area. Can be a bit loud when Boeing is testing at the nearby airport but being a plane enthusiasts I enjoyed the sounds. Front office is ok, people are friendly and courteous. The other 2-3 parks in the area are on a 3-4 year waiting list. Not a lot of options north of Seattle for rv's. Would have no issues returning for another stay. Our only complaint is the construction noise surrounding us. New building and the apartments behind are getting new railings so it has been very loud with hammers and power tools. Other than that it's been peaceful. Space 36 is the most private in the park but you will not get a tv signal using satellite. 2 Rigs for over a month. 24ft travel trailer and a 40ft diesel. Our son & his wife are staying at this RV park in Everett WA as he was transferred to Everett from Wichita. Hubby & I went up to visit them in Sept , 2013 and stayed with them in their RV for the week we were there. The manager allowed us to park our Surburban in one of the extra stalls and did not charge us a thing. Our daughter-in-law helps with parking campers if Red, the manager, is busy. The manager has been very good to our kids and we do so appreciate the way they have been treated. We were treated with the utmost respect while we were there by the manager & the other members in the park. Was a very pleasant experience. It's a very well kept park & in a convenient location right on Hwy 99 with a Walmart just a block or so down the street & the absolutely most interesting vegetable market right next to the park. We had a very good experience at Harbor Pointe. As a woman and an RVer for many years traveling this US, the one thing I missed was seeing flowers around the park for a more homey experience. Again, I would definitely recommend Harbor Pointe - they can handle big motor homes & campers or smaller motor homes & campers. Give them a try - I don't think you'll be disappointed. Thanks again, Red, for an enjoyable experience. Sam & Nancy Bell Wichita, Ks/LaFeria, Tx
Worst rv park ever! Don't pull in. There are several better parks on the same block. Maple Grove , Lakeside, They claim to have great security but our truck got broken into within days of pulling in. When I went to the "manager" to ask him to look through the footage, he did. The only thing he had to say was "I told them not to use MY bathroom" He was referring to current residents. He doesn't even live on the premises. Of course he couldn't see the drug addicts that live right next door that robbed us. His cameras a joke. Make sure you read the RULES because they are "subject to change without notice" and don't speed because there's a new sheriff in town and the fines are dear! 50 bucks for speeding 150 for not providing your reg and ins info never asked for but still fined
I have started here many times the RV Park is under new ownership now and i would never stay there again. There is no management on site any more. There are so many old trails in there now it looks like a homeless camp. I will never stay there again.
