Hard Rock Cafe-St Louis

As of July, this location is very hard to access. There is lots of construction going on around Union Station. It's somewhat difficult to access from Union Station as well. The service was great, however the food is as you can expect from any typical chain restaurant. The local signature burger was interesting, as it was topped with fried ravioli. A decent place to grab a quick bite.

Typical tourist chain restaurant. A little overpriced in my opinion for what you get. My steak was prepared well but the presentation was horrendous. It looks almost like someone dropped my plate and caught it before hitting the floor and just put it down in front of me just like that. I'm not going to go back anytime soon. The attached picture is exactly as it was when it was placed on the bar in front of me.

Great food, fun atmosphere! We had wings and burgers, each were amazing! Friendly staff made the night perfect!

Very friendly staff. Ordered the 16 oz bone in ribeye. It's hard to cook a thin steak medium rare. Still a very good experience.

Slow service, over priced food and sub par food. They also play the same song over and over again. Union Station is pretty cool, but this Hard Rock Cafe is a bust.

Great location and service!! You can eat inside or out. Super easy to get to. Good location for couples or larger groups

I gave it a 2. The atmosphere was cool. The waitress was nice. Management was nice. But THE SERVICE WAS TRASH! 30 minutes for our drinks!? Hell we got the appetizer before the drinks. They didn't even give us plates. Order a well done burger. It came medium. Yeah. It was bad.

The table that time forgot: we were seated and had gotten drinks in the time that the party before ours twice our size got everything, ate, and left. Dining area was sticky and filthy. Food arrived cold after both attempts; the burger was so raw it was still mooing. Management didn't take responsibility for their mistakes and expected me to pay full price. They wouldn't let me go until it was paid. Complete waste of my time. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and dine anywhere else in town. Seriously. A diner will give you better service and food at a better price than this hack establishment. Avoid!

The food took a little to long and most of it was less than warm. My son said the hamburger at the near by food court was better, the burger was not hot. My wife had the pulled chicken sandwich, also not hot and seemed like it was "leftover" chicken. I had the club sandwich tasted good but didn't seem real fresh, I also upgraded to onion rings and they were cold. All in all a poor experience, when I brought this to the attention of the marketing manager they apologized and suggested I try again. Not likely.

Went to the Hard Rock Cafe at union station and it was awful. The server was friendly and we had decent service but the food was disgusting. We went around 330 on a Saturday afternoon. Just stopped in to get some appetizers. We ordered the nachos and the hot wings. I NEVER complain at restaurants but these wings were cold, chewy and tough. Basically hotwing beef jerky! The nachos had minimal amount of cheese. We paid extra for the chicken on the nachos and that was used Sparingly as well. The Pepsi was good. Ya can't really mess up the Pepsi too bad. Overall gross experience.
