overall good Nordstrom with assortment of kids shoes to try on pretty empty as it gets closer to closing time at 8 pm staff are pretty friendly but does take a little to have them come over since they seem a little under staffed compared to others easy to get to from parking lot as well
The past 3 experiences I’ve had here have been terrible. I was always used to Nordstrom providing exceptional customer service, which is why you would go there. The past times have just been awful. I couldn’t find any one to help me, and when I finally asked if someone would help me, both times they did not. Take your business elsewhere, where you may actually get some help.
Yes I was wanting to talk to someone about the kids department .. My son was one the children that got to put a tile down.. I believe they are all Graduating this year. Was just letting you guys know..
Steven in mens needs to work in McDonald’s drive-through because definitely dish. Nordstrom allows him to speak like this to customers and waste our time. Embarrassing for St. Louis area. It’s going down the stream please Nordstrom close the stores down. Stop embarrassing yourself.
Love Nordstrom. Great higher end merchandise and service with great return policy. Stores have less and less merchandise and people working which makes me sad but is understandable. Still enough to bring me in to shop.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service huge selection very knowledgeable and caring employees hats gloves jewelry clothing alterations shoes sneakers rings perfumes colognes Chanel make up tanning and always very highly knowledgeable staff
They can be more accommodating to people of color like myself but I love the store.
Wow. Used to be my favorite store, but customer service here has gone down immensely. Ordered an item for curbside pickup, said they would deliver my item within 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I called to see if there was an issue and the woman who rudely answered the phone did not even ask me my name or order number, but instead said “yeah someone’s I’ll bring it to you” and hung up. Deplorable. Update: I have been waiting now for almost 30 minutes and still no order has arrived to me. What a disgrace.
I came in Saturday morning and was helped by Leslie P. Leslie went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed and more. Can’t say enough about her hospitality and service.
Returned my Prada shoes that were coming apart at the toe. Easy returning process..
