My friend and I were greeted at the door by this wonderful guy named Laurence who made our visit there extremely wonderful! Not only did he tell us about all the great deals they had but he answered all of our questions we had. He was very professional with a most pleasant and pleasing personality that you'd ever want to see. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the products that we were interested in and then some. I certainly am very pleased with my experience and would, without a doubt purchase from them again in the near future. Professionalism, Courtesy, and Friendliness goes a long way!
Was able to look online and get an idea of what I wanted. Then I drove to the store to check the product out and purchased it. The Sales Rep was very helpful. I picked up myself when items arrived at store and the guys on the loading dock were very careful with my items while loading. Overall it was a great experience and I'll definitely shop here again for future furniture needs.
I paid for delivery for $129 and tge delivery was horrible, first when they showed up they forgot my mirror they had to leave and come back. Then when they came back with my mirror they was not able to assemble it because there was no screws or hardware to but it together. I have been waiting three times for my furniture to be delivered and assemble. Still waiting this is very unacceptable and unprofessional.
I loved my experience with Lawrence! He spent a countless amount of time making sure I picked the perfect couch for my home since I’m having a surgery very soon. Lawrence, I’ll be back to purchase my next piece from you.
Lawrence was amazing and extremely helpful. I bought 2 recliners. The one is electric. The other while very comfy I didn’t realize how difficult it is for me to pull the handle to lay back. I’ve hurt my back and hand so I just sit in it and don’t try to lean it back.
Today, May 27th, Charles helped me with my order for my first apartment. He was such an amazing customer service associate. He was attentive, knowledgeable, responsive and well versed on sizes and calculating space. I would definitely recommend him and also reach out to him for future purchases.
Our experience at the Chippewa store was amazing. The salespeople were wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our purchase was delivered, but the set up needed to be redone. I called the store, explained the problem and received unbelievable service. The manager came to our home and made the necessary adjustments himself! Excellent service, they want to be sure the customer is satisfied. I highky recommend them!!
Zack went above and beyond to help me make my purchase. He spent over 3 hours listening to my needs and making sure I got exactly what I needed. He was very kind, patient, and professional.
I came in twice for different pieces of furniture. Worked with David and Lawrence the two times I came in. David recommended a really good mattress to go with a beautiful bed. Lawrence helped me with the specifics of what I needed. Overall good customer care and understanding your need.
Very satisfied with our VCF experience. Stopped on a whim actually as we couldn’t find what we wanted at a couple of other stores. Stopped because it was there. Found exactly the loveseat we were looking for! The price, delivery experience were all great. The guys were very professional and respectful of our property. Didn’t have an opinion previously as our first time buying from this store. FIRST stop now, per my wife so you know it’s true.
