We went on a Friday night. It was busy we but didn't have to wait long for a lane. The guys at the counter were very friendly and helpful!
Went bowling with my autistic child and our balls were constantly stuck. After the 30 min of constantly telling the staff they were stuck we quit bowling. Went to play games and the ski ball kept breaking down as well. We confronted multiple time about the issues and they basically said the lanes were just fixed or no one was there to fix the ski ball. Owner got very upset when I took a picture so he confronted me, yelling at me with a terrible attitude. He was so close to me I could smell his breathe. He had his arms crossed and very assertive towards me. Telling me I'm not allowed to take pictures even though the phone belonged to me. He threatened to ban me from his place. Not a problem I won't be back. Spreading the word on how terrible the service has got.
Staff was very friendly Place is busy...things were clean..wish there were more lanes at HARD ROCK LANES. but our group had a good time
Good lanes. Clean place. Lots of concessions. We always have a good time here. They host the special Olympics bowling session. Stop in and roll a few frames. They also have a small arcade and miniature golf.
I love this place. We travel from Dodge City to come here and have fun. Great customer service and a great time.
Great family bowling alley, and fun games. My kids like the ski ball and collecting the tickets for prizes. Good snacks also.
An owner, Keith Strasser, decided to yell at a lady. He first told her to shut up, then went over to her table, while she was awaiting her turn to bowl. He said that they were going to have a meeting and when she said that she had a question, he YELLED! One can only imagine what was said Or yelled in "his" meeting. He was very rude and very unprofessional. This lady is someone's mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother. He should be ashamed of himself! But he won't be because he's too arrogant. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FOR ANYONE ESPECIALLY AN OWNER!
We took a group of ten yesterday and had a blast. The bowling alley was very clean. The men working were very kind to us all. It was nice and cool in there and had good music and food.
You will have a lot of fun over there. Some were to spend time with your family and ur vacation. there snacks are the best.you will enjoy it.
This is a great place if you are looking for a day of fun. The area is open and well kept and the staff is very friendly! They sell all sorts of drinks and foods including alcoholic beverages. There is a small arcade and put put course as well. The prices low, and personally I would recommend it over Garden Bowl.
