The Certificate in Spiritual Leadership-Chicago is a 21-hour (seven course) program providing quality training in Biblical, ministerial and theological studies in partnership with the Chicago Church of Christ. Harding School of Theology will offer graduate-level courses locally (NW Indiana Church, 3803 E. Lincoln Hwy, Merrillville, IN) over a three-year period. Students will complete five core courses and two non-core courses to earn the certificate. Courses meet one weekend per month for three months for each class.
Full-Certification
Admission into the Certificate program requires an undergraduate degree in any subject from an accredited institution.
Students who wish to continue beyond the Certificate and have an appropriate GPA will have the option of applying all seven courses toward a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (a 54 hour degree) or a Master of Divinity (an 84 hour degree) at HST, pending application and admission.
Auditors
Students without an undergraduate degree or those who do not desire the graduate level certification may audit these courses. Auditors completing all required work will earn a certificate of completion from the CCC.
Curriculum
These courses are offered at a special tuition rate of $700 per course + fees. This represents a 60% tuition grant. Visit hst.edu for more information about tuition and fees. Auditors will pay $75 per course.

*Students planning to enter a master's program at HST must take this course on the HST campus in Memphis. It is available in a one-week intensive format. It will substitute for any non-core course.
