Always mowed, love that I have a safe place to take my dog to, in order to burn some energy. Only down side is we have come after it rains, and the grass tends to be soggy and "flooded" as people here say so it takes a day or two of heat to get back to normal. I come here often and only one time there were aggressive dogs, and luckily they were in the big dog section, and the owner was on it. Only other thing I should mention is that you should look out for the occasional land mine. Not everyone picks up after their dog I have seen it several times so use caution when walking.
Nice little park to take your short people and doggos. My daughter accidentally left her bookbag on the playground and despite there being numerous others there at the time, the bag was right where we left it safe and sound when we returned an hour later. Playground: Lots of cool stuff for the kids. Restrooms: Mostly clean.
This is a wonderful park! Both the large and small dog areas have Plenty of space for the dogs to run! There are benches for humans, water and obstacles for the dogs. Plenty of poo pick up tools and bags. The humans we encountered there were friendly and courteous. A must on the places to go for your furry friend
Excellent park, well cared for. 2 sections for dogs by weight. So smaller dogs in one area and larger dogs in the other. Lots of equipment for dogs to climb and play on if they choose.
Beautiful and very well maintained. Plenty of room for our fur babies to run and socialize with others. You can bring a lawn chair, or use the benches with canopies fur sunny days. A definite go to with my puppy.
FANTASTIC dog park!! Separate areas for large dogs vs small dogs. Great job Rotary!! Thank you!
Pretty good doggy park. Our dog Teddy loved it. Very clean and we especially loved the doggy water fountain.
Excellent dog park in perfect location. Park is huge with plenty to offer for your canine companion.
This dogpark no longer has bags to pick up your dogs messes! Please beware it seems funding for these items are no longer provided. We may see that this park maybe on a decline. I’m not sure if funding maybe a problem. If you take your dog be prepared to bring your own bags!
Spacious dog park located next to Victor Park pavilion. Sturdy fencing separates large dog area from small dog area. Watering holes available as well as poop bags and trash cans. A few benches for dog owners but sometimes hard to find a spot to sit on if party's happening. Play it safe and take your own lawn chairs and sun screen. Oh, and be prepared to share your pet's treats. Overall, had a great experience!
