As a transformational therapist and educator, Vicki is committed to helping people bring their lives into harmony with the creative path and personal growth they are here to experience and enjoy. This mission includes helping clients discover, and become aware of, blockages that may be patterned in the subconscious, and that may get in the way of clients' physical, emotional and spiritual intentions. Because every client and student is unique, Vicki tailors the balance-restoring tools she applies and teaches to each person's individual challenges and needs.
To support clients in achieving wellness in every part of their being, Vicki integrates body and energy work with emotional, structural, nutritional and spiritual tools. She also educates clients in developing life-skill programs to balance and fully interconnect the body, mind and spirit. This opens the healthy channel of movement toward freedom and the innate capacity for self-healing. Through this process, client experience a higher level of personal awareness, joy and love.
Vicki has more than 30 years of practice in the field of alternative health. She is licensed in massage, somatic bodywork, Trager, CranioSacral, kinesiology, reflexology, nutritional coaching, emotional diffusion, life skills, energy and core balancing, and journey work.
As the Northeast director for the International Institute of Reflexology, Vicki teaches the original Ingham method of Reflexology. She also teaches kinesiology and muscle testing for the Touch for Health Foundation. Vicki has trained thousands of practitioners and novices around the world, and she continues to update and develop workshops that are relevant, meaningful and applicable to the ever-changing state of our world. Workshops Vicki has developed include S.I.T. (Selective Integrative Therapies) and R.E.S.T. (Releasing Emotional Stress Technique) — both systems designed to provide tools for the rapid transformation of healing and balance — as well as "Ecology within the Triangle of Health," "Vibrational Healing," and "Chakra Balancing."
