The Gypsy Flea Market:
VENDOR RULES
The sale of flammable, alcoholic beverages, dangerous items, or items of any obscene nature are not permitted. Drugs, paraphernalia, illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items are prohibited. Management reserves the right to inspect ALL items to be sold and eliminate any items that are unacceptable. Also, the manner in which items are displayed is subject to revision or elimination at the discretion of management.
1. Each vendor must leave their rented spaces in the same condition that is was provided. All trash, unsold merchandise, and boxes must be taken with you.
2. No fighting, arguing, obscene or racist language or loud music (zero tolerance)
3. No moving of tables without approval.
4. No pets or animals of any kind except licensed service dogs. No exceptions. We have ZERO tolerance for dogs/pets locked in cars when it is 68 degrees or over, and will notify Animal Control & the Police Department without hesitation.
5. Rained Out --- If it does not begin to rain until 11am it is considered a full day. Drizzle does not constitute rain.
6. No merchandise or vehicles are permitted on the property after 7pm Sunday or before 5pm Friday except for holidays.
7. Management is not responsible for ANY injuries to any persons on the property at 154 Wolfcraft Way, Charles Town, WV caused by people, vehicles, the property, or acts of nature.
8. Management is not responsible for ANY merchandise that is damaged, lost or stolen.
9. No prepared foods, including snack items or beverages may be sold. No flyers may be distributed without prior approval of management.
10. Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel any admittance or rent contract for any violation of the rules with no refund.
11. Rent is due upon entry to the flea market but may be collected at any time. No holding tables without payment. No refunds for no shows. Tables can be reserved on the Friday before the weekend you chose to set up. Reservations are recommended.
12. Monthly spaces may be re-rented if vendor has not arrived by 7:30am. Exceptions made on a case by case basis.
13. Monitored restrooms are provided for vendors and customers. Anyone leaving the restroom untidy will be asked to leave. Repeat offenders will be banned from the Flea Market.
14. Due to limited power availability plugging into our electric outlet will be permitted on a case by case basis. A surcharge will occur.

Saturday 8am
Sunday 8am
*Flea Market vendors close at their own discretion.
Vendors need to be set up by 8am.
STORE hours of Operation are:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 10am-5pm
Saturday 9am – 5pm
Sunday 9am – 5pm
Rental Fees $15 per spot in either field.

NOTE:
Please report ALL suspicious activity to management. We will call the police for suspected shoplifting/theft and prosecute. It is important you watch each other’s back. Any suggestions to improve the flea market will be considered. We hope everyone will treat each other and the property with kindness and respect.
