Excellent experience five stars. Very organized and good casino layout. Stayed here week it was perfect customer service. Drawback food options could be better needs more parking. Awesome pool! Would come back here anytime. At night it's super cool lit up. Waitresses was friendly and nice.Rooms: 5/5
Big casino! Many games to choose from. Cocktail staff, very friendly and offer great advice. Rooms are comfortable. Food options are EXTREMELY limited. Nothing to eat after 10 pm. Housekeeping seemed very confused as one day the lady walked in and was "in the wrong room." The next day, the lady said "oh I'm sorry, they told me to check the rooms that were already checked out" -- I had 1.5 days left. My flight was 6 pm. I needed time to waste. I went to the spa, $40 just to relax and waste time. I am Diamond Plus. This should be free.....just saying. I was the only one in the spa for 4 hours other than the attendant. Facilities, mediocre, but relaxing nonetheless. Hot tub needed a cleansing. There was hair floating in the water: I wiped the water from my head and face and a wad of hair was left......I'm bald, not mine. Overall, hotel was older but kept up nicely. The casino was a good experience. The food, blah. The spa, eh. Would I go back, absolutely. Just some things could use work or follow up. I am easily forgiving.
Upon arriving I was upgraded from the original room I booked online to a suite, which was really lovely. My family and I stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed a little gambling, a lot of outlet shopping and a magic show. The food was disappointing, not flavorful or well seasoned, and way overpriced. I did like the fact that they had a 24hr convenience store-like place to grab some snacks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend checking in online or using the kiosk station at the front desk.
The room was clearly not cleaned properly, we found the former guests clothing in the top drawer! The room on the website says newly renovated. It was definitely not. That being said, the price was reasonable and we weren’t in the room long. I bought wipes and simply wiped the surfaces. I would definitely give Harrah’s another try because I do enjoy the restaurants, casino and their pool party! I had a previous stay here in a much better room so I would simply make it a point to ensure that I had a room that was newer.
I wanted this hotel to be a great experience for my husband and I because the last time i was here I had a good experience. First off if you are booking a room here make sure you do not book in Coastal towers. Their website falsely advertised that it is newly renovated when it’s not. Our room was dusty, finger prints all over the mirrors, mold in the shower and sink and sheets were dirty. I was going to deal with it with no problem because we were just staying for one night, but then what really did it for me was the roach crawling on the wall that I took a video of. The hallways were also filthy. We quickly left out of there at 12:30am and explained our concerns to the front desk. I had to drive back home in the middle of the night. It was such an inconvenience. It’s really sad that a hotel like this is lacking proper maintenance and hospitality. Like these are details that are important to maintain in order to keep a thriving business. My sister who was staying in another room next to ours had thumbtacks holding up the wall paper in the bathroom and behind it there was tons of mold, which is a health hazard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
So this hotel is very nice. Pros: decent size beds. Great mirrors with lighting for pics. Rooms are very clean & well kept. Customer service/front desk service is smooth & they're pretty nice. Hotel has it's own aroma, it smells really great as soon as you walk in. Cons: Pool closes way to early for the location and for it to be a resort. No microwave in room. Early check-in fee of $25
We switched rooms. The first room was incredible dirty. They didn't even vacuum & the mattress cover was stained & disgusting. Bathroom had mold in shower. This was the first time experiencing this. Second room in the Waterfront tower was amazing mostly because it was brand new & updated Ordering drinks on floor was super easy & really fast
First the bad- Adult pool is AMAZING looking… but the hours it’s open SUCKS. They show awesome pictures of it lit up at night but it closes at 5pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends. WHAT?!? Kids pool was a disappointment. Not only do they not tell you when you book the pools are separate but the kid pool is very small, difficult to find and on the other side of the hotel the you have to go floors up just to be dissatisfied with a tiny very crowded crazy pool. My 14 yr old son looked at it and decided he didn’t want to swim anymore and we left. Another thing is the gift shop wasn’t open when we stayed multiple days and it was a weekend. Weird. Now the good- Room was very nice and view was pretty nice too though. Clean very nice rooms and good restaurants in the hotel. Drinks at the adult pool were really good! Jacuzzi was nice and perfect temp. Keep the adult pool open later and you will make a lot of guest happier.
The view I had in room 443 Coastal was not worth keeping the curtains open. But the room was as pictured. It’s only one side closed when you shower. It feels as if a sliding door should be there so that took some time to adjust too. Come to find out all the bathrooms on that floor didn’t have that sliding door. So it wasn’t just this room. The bed was everything. I walked so much my time there exploring and I just knew the next day I was going to wake up in so much pain. But nope that bed was very relaxing and I felt rejuvenated every morning. The pool area was great just didn’t feel as if I should pay to get in but hey I enjoyed myself. The drinks there are A1 shots where actual double shots. Worth every penny at the pool. This particular resort didn’t have as much as Scenery as the others. TV went out and the front desk was generous and advised us it was serval rooms too but it was fixed within a hour or so. The staff was great except for 1 but overall I enjoyed my stay.
Stay away. Unfortunately we used COMP nights for this stay and will most likely not get them back. The entire casino level 1 floor smelled of strong chemicals, mixed with cheap fragrance in attempts to mask smoke odor. We stayed in a nonsmoking room* Furthermore, the shops were dead and it was a ghost town. You will be met with staff who act as though you are bothering them. Obviously you pay to stay here and spend money gambling, so someone who rolls their eyes and makes you feel like a bother is hardly the experience you want. The pool closes at 5pm most days and will charge you to use, and there was shattered glass in the parking garage, assuming someone smashed a car window. It is 100% sketchy and considering we drove over 1,000 miles for this trip, this experience was the most draining and disappointing we have taken. We will not be going back to this location and will forever be avoiding all Caesar’s owned hotels. Do yourself a favor and heed this warning. Do Not Go.
