The team here is exceptional! They took their time to make sure I was getting the correct care I needed. Very gentle and patient. So happy I finally found a great dentist and team!
I was so nervous about coming to the dentist. But, Dina was so amazing, kind, and listened to me. She reassured me throughout the process and put my mind at ease. The other staff members were also friendly and genuinely seem to care.
Went to location this morning for my mother's appointment. After finishing appointment, we were stepping out where one of the worker stopped us and asked to make a payment. The payment was done 2 weeks earlier. Another girl sitting in front said they paid earlier. I was Not even stepping out of door these ladies were laughing at us for some reasons. I actually felt very bad and insulted. They were the ones who made a mistake first . We had a actual appointment past week to pick up the teeth. Unfortunately, they made a mistake and we had to reschedule the visit . I hope they understand how to respect their customers.we are not there to have fun , we are there for some health reasons.
The staff are so welcoming, helpful, and nice. They walked me through the billing in detail, and every procedure that I needed. I have never had my teeth cleaned this well, although it was painful because I haven’t been consistent with my dental visits. If you’re looking for great dental healthcare this is the place
To be completely transparent, I first visited the Concord location and to say the least it wasn’t great. An employee actually referred me to the Harrisburg location. When I left the dentist office yesterday my boyfriend asked me “ how was the dentist?” And I replied WONDERFUL!! Who says that lol but it really was!! From the front end staff Liz is WONDERFUL!!!!Dr.Torres..to the dental assistant Dina and the dental hygienist Kandis and Megan at the front desk are so professional and personable. Everyone was so thorough so friendly it was such a joyful and comfortable experience!! I am very grateful!! I am here now with my children. Ms.Mary was so kind but Maria needs improvement on her personable skills and respecting a parents wishes and Dr. Williams was 8/10. 10 stars!!!
The receptionist and the staff are friendly from start to finish. Dr.Torres is friendly and handled me gently. I had a bad experience in 2013 with a previous dentist and because, of this I am terrified. They did so well with me I will drive the 40 minutes to see them.
Great service and super welcoming staff. I’ve been going there for about 5 years now and I get the same great treatment every time. Kandiss has been doing my cleanings and she’s been excellent. I highly recommend this place.
Great place! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Liz. Her customer service is awesome. I knew right then I’d feel comfortable. Then I met Deena! She made me feel extra comfortable. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They attack your needs right away and start a plan to get you back to health. I won’t be going anywhere!
I have never loved a dentist office more than I love Harrisburg Family dentist. The name fits exactly how it is. They are all so welcoming and go out of there way to help you. I had 2 days of severe pain on one side of my mouth, and I couldn't take it anymore. I called them at 8 am and Liz said can you be here by 9. I showed up and needed surgery, so Liz called the surgeon for me and got me right in the same day. Liz cares more about the person and making sure you are taken care of. I felt like I was talking to my sister not an employee. I was nervous about going to the dentist, but Dina the assistant talks to like a person not a patient. I laugh with her and really enjoy going to the dentist. After having about 4 teeth pulled a week ago, I needed some fillings and Dina did a great job numbing the area before the shots, and I forgot I was about to get the shots. She puts you at ease which helps you to relax before getting shots in your mouth. DR. Torres is very good at what he does, and I didn't feel any pain. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have anxiety about the dentist because I have had horrible experience, I finally don't have anxiety because this place is the best. Hermella who works in the front is the sweetest girl, and my daughter told me how nice she was. I had to bring my daughter because I had no one to watch her. She sat in the front while I was getting x-rays, Harmella talked with her and allowed her to play her toy. So when I say the name fits, that is exactly how I feel everytime I go.
Dr. Williams and the team are amazing!! So patient and knowledgeable! They make the experience enjoyable for the children and parents!!
