Very grateful that Harrison Properties quickly and painlessly sold my condo in Wilmington, DE in 2021. I live in upstate NY and never even had to travel to Delaware once for the sale. Harrison Properties also professionally managed my condo as a rental before the sale and they did an exceptional job

Very Unprofessional. The office manager Jenna is a complete loser. These people will not even return phone calls. We tried Leasing Property at their Gateway Corporate Park location and received the complete runaround. They didn't even have the courtesy to professionally turn us down for the property. They asked for our personal information and our financials and once we sent that information to them we never heard anything from them again. Till this day we don't even know if or why we were disapproved for getting property there. Which doesn't make sense because we were paying everything in cash up front. They literally took one look at us and decided that they did not want to lease any property to us from that moment on. Take your money and your business elsewhere.

I have known Jim Harrison over 25 years, and I am very thankful for his friendship, knowing his family and having the good fortune to partner with him in many developments. Thank you Jim.

I contacted Harrison Properties regarding availability of property for lease at the Gateway Corporate Park. Jena put me in touch with Mitch to take a look at one of the properties. After reviewing the property Jena was informed that we were interested in leasing and wanted to know what the next steps were in proceeding. She advised us to send tax filings to her and she would review the financials prior to giving us rates on the property. I emailed the filings to her and asked her to respond to let me know that she received them. She did not respond. We called to ensure that she indeed received them as they are very sensitive documents and we were informed that she had gotten them and "was reviewing them now" and that she would get back to us. A couple of days went by and no word from Jena. I emailed her once again to ask her to destroy the documents securely and to please respond to let me know that she has destroy them and she never responded. She did not even have the professionalism to respond to either of my emails nor to at least call us back to advise us that they decided that they did not want to lease to us. I would highly recommend not sending any sensitive information to Jena if you are concerned about your private information.
