I've been renting my own small office space at 1999 Harrison for the last 15 months and my experience has been terrific.  Mauricio, Graham, and Jeffrey are responsive and professional, and the 18th-floor offices are modern and well-kept.  Also, the building itself is impressive: the lobby is immaculate, you're right across the street from Snow Park and Lake Merritt, and the building always has at least one person staffing the lobby front desk even at 3am.  As a tenant you're provided with a key card that gives you 24/7 access to the building, which was extremely important to me because I work late hours.  You also have access to the shared kitchen on the 18th floor, which has two microwaves, a refrigerator, and a single-serve coffee maker similar to a Keurig that's always well-stocked with coffee and tea options.  I checked out a number of Oakland office spaces before renting from Premier and none of them came close to offering the same value.  Currently I have my own private office with furniture and a lockable door, 24/7 access, and high-speed internet -- all at a price that was significantly less for a similar setup at WeWork, Port, Pacific Workspaces, etc.  This isn't a knock against those companies, but as someone who visited each and did a lot of research, Premier beats them by a mile.  Most of the other tenants appear to be white-collar professionals lawyers and accountants, and there's not a lot of intermingling.  That was great for me because I just wanted a quiet office space to work, though if you're looking for a social scene to meet other people you're probably better off at a place like Port.  But if your main priority is a clean and quiet office with 24/7 access, Premier is your best option.

This building is the best the staff are super helpful super professional and informative about office services..
