Called on Tuesday to set up an appointment and tried leaving a voicemail, which their mailbox was full. So called again and waited 45 minutes and the operator took down information and said they would give us a call back, but NEVER did. I took my kid in on Tuesday night at 6:30 closes at 7:30 and they said we have hit capacity for the evening with a completely empty waiting room. Called again a few times with no luck. Finally just went into urgent care to which the Dr. Was the rudest person ever. Worst clinic ever. I will be taking myself and children elsewhere for now on. Wish I could give negative stars.

Unless you're there in person, they absolutely will not help you. You can call or message but no one informs you that there is a 24 hour response time, if you get one. I swear this place fields phone calls. Finding good healthcare providers is hard. I was really looking forward to this establishment being different.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Walked into urgent care and was told I'd have a 30 minute to an hour wait. Ok. Fine. I didn't have to get my daughter from the bus for 3 1/2 hours. Literally watched one person gets called back in 2 hours. At the third hour mark I had to get my kid. So didn't even get seen. Don't tell people they have an hour wait tops and really have them wait 3+ hours. When I said I had to leave there was no apology or anything. Just the receptionist asking my name so she could remove me from the list. Hopefully they get it together but I know I'll never take my family there again.

I've been what it feels discarded 2 times at this place. last time I left the place crying with still no answers and how rushed I was. she would ask a question and instantly roll her eyes if I didn't respond fast enough or if I said I'm sorry can you repeat . short choppy answers from her in my chart it SHOULD say I'm hard of hearing I never get the care I need here . I'm still extremely upset...

Aug 14th, I walked into a completely empty building not a soul to be told to get my Covid test at Rite Aid. I told her I hadn't felt well for two days and was exposed to two positives. She said, that's not enough. Wow, things sure have changed. She needs a raise or a new job.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. They have treated me like such a burden every time I come in. I went there 30 min before they closed and they refused to see me. I cam back when they opened a couple weeks later and the same treatment. None of these people want to do there jobs.

Harrison HealthPartners Primary Care Belfair has been my health care center for years. I can always count on them to take care of my health needs in a fast and friendly care. I don't plan on changing any time soon.

I went in over 3 months ago for a referral for my knee, and nothing has been done except for the fact that they billed me. When I call, nobody answers. This health clinic has gone so far downhill.

I was seen by ARNP Jody Colletto in urgent care with a breathing problem. She was professional, kind, and thorough. Thank You Jody and Belfair Urgent Care

Called to try to get results from a test done after waiting all day for a call that never came, the phone system was shut off 10 minutes before closing time saying they’re closed. Also had a precancerous mole removed which Dr. Dominguiano had told me couldn’t be cancerous because I was pregnant and “the baby protects you from cancer”. Nonsense. I worked a cancer floor, being pregnant does NOT protect you from cancer! Thankfully I didn’t wait to have it removed!
