They are the most Rude as people I have ever dealt with. They interrupt you when you're trying to explain something. They talk over you, they don't listen. And then when you raise your voice, they complain to you that you're being disrupted them. But yet they can be disrespectful to you. I will, I will never go to Ogden clinic. I will not let these guys touch my Guinea pig, let alone touch me.
I have been to see Dr. Aucoin twice now. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful, especially Dr. Aucoin. I very much appreciate how concerned and thorough he was. I had a lot of questions. He was straight forward and honest with me about my situation. I was quite impressed with that, as it is something I have not encountered often throughout the years. After he viewed my x-rays he explained every little detail. I told him I have so many questions. He was okay with that and did not rush me one time. He looked at me when I spoke and he listened. He wasn't preoccupied with the computer, files or anything else. After all the questions, he did tell me it was serious. He ordered several more tests and had me come back not long after the tests were done. He encouraged me to call if I had any questions or concerns. At my second appointment he was just as attentive. He went over how a surgery would go, actually three surgeries over the course of two days. How long it would take to recover and any risks associated with surgery. He told me that I didn't need to decide right away and also encouraged me to get a second opinion and would provide a referral for me. Once again he told me to call with any questions or if I needed anything. I did need to call two or three times and each time the person answering the phone was very polite. Their office was clean and everything appeared organized and efficient. I would recommend Dr. Jeffrey Aucoin to anyone dealing with spine issues.
Left my injection day. Feeling terrible back. then couldn't get ahold if my doctor at utah spine care. Still haven't heard anything back.
I was amazed how quickly they were able to get me in and see me about my injury. Scott took the time to address my questions and explain what was happening in my back and what needed to resolve the pain. I was also impressed that Dr Wells took the time to come in and discuss the procedure he was going to do to me and wanted to expedite it because he knew I was in pain. Over all the staff and service was incredible. They have gained my confidence and trust to allow them to do surgery on my back. **** follow up appointment *** I had my 30 day post operation appointment with Kristy and she was great at explaining how the healing was going and what I needed to do to make sure I didn’t end up rupturing another disc. Over all everyone is helpful and considerate of what you are going through.
The service I received from Dr Winters today was excellent; in fact stellar! Dr Winters is thorough, compassionate, and caring. I always have a great experience at this office. I’m so grateful that we have this caliber of physicians in our community! His staff is also just great! Loren is top notch, and I feel so comfortable with her medical expertise. She is a professional, and I trust her judgements!
Hello, I would like to express my gratitude for the high professionalism and assistance provided to me by the surgical department of the McKay-Dee Hospital, all the medical staff: surgeon Dr. Terry I Finlayson, anesthesiologist mr. Spencer Hyde, nurses, physiotherapists, insurance agent and everyone who helped me to fix my hip fracture and recover afterwards. I was in the hospital under the constant supervision of medical staff and i was taken care of in the best way possible, thanks to that I feel good now, I am on the mend. Thanks again to everyone.
My first visit with Dr. Winters today. I checked in and had a very short wait. The staff was very nice and took care of my needs. Dr. Winters was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and discussed my options. I was very pleased with the discussion we had and was happy with his advice. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr Winters was very easy to talk to and he showed genuine concern about my condition. He made sure to answer any questions and did not make me feel rushed. He took the time to explain the procedure plainly and made it very easy for me to understand what was going to happen and what to expect. I was also amazed at how willing he was to cater to my needs/schedule.
Dr. Winters and his staff have demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism in each interaction. Dr. Winters came very highly recommended. When you ask your family doctor who is the very best, and their response is: if it were me and I was to have this surgery, I would want Dr. Dennis Winters to perform it. This answer tells is about the reputation Dr. Winters has established with his peers. Dr. Winters has exceeded all of our expectations. He really cares about you as a patient, and he has a most enjoyable bedside manner. The results from the surgery have been amazing!
Every person at Utah spine had been wonderful! James Joseph PA cares so much about me and my situation, he and his MA have been amazing to work with. They go out of their way to take care of me and you can tell they really care. Dr Houden and his staff stayed late after they had already finished with their scheduled patients to fit me in the same day and give me an injection. They were kind and helped me stay calm when I was nervous. They were so nice and did a great job! I love Utah spine care they are the very best!
