McKay-Dee Sleep Center

I have tried for two months to talk to someone about my sleep results. I either get the voice mail or once I talked to a real person. She told me someone would call me back within 78 hours, that was two weeks ago. The message on the voice mail says they are greatly understaffed. I think until they can take care of the patients they have they should not take on anymore. Very disappointed with the care I have received! I reached out to the office of Patient Experience. I left a message and no surprise, I received no response. Not a very well run facility.

I was quite nervous about doing a sleep study but I was very lucky to have Brian as my technician! He was great and so helpful and accommodating. I actually had fun and we shared a few laughs together. It was a neat and unique experience overall. Yes the hospital was a ghost town but I found my way eventually! If you are nervous about doing a sleep study, my advice to you would be to go there with an open mind, a determination to do your best, and be kind. Kindness is powerful and works wonders no matter where you go. You can do it!

Called over a week ago. No staff had to leave a voicemail. Still have not heard back. I called back still no answer due to "staffing" and the voicemail says not to leave multiple messages or it will take longer for them to get back to you. I actually need songsomething and don't know what to do.

No one gets back with you after test results show you need cpap. I been waiting over 6 month and still no response or help.

Been on hold an hour now idk if they’re understaffed or just bad at customer service but this is wild!

Went to pick up a take home sleep test today, and I was on hold for over 40 minutes and nobody answered. I called the hospital's main line, and they were able to get me to where I needed to go. By the time I got in touch with who I needed to, they had all gone home and now I need to wait another 2 weeks to get my test, even though I did everything they told me to do. Absolutely ridiculous.

Natalie was wonderful in this sleep lab. The only thing that I was leary about was going in at 9 pm and no one was in the hallways to guide you. Finally after passing it 3 times someone was in the hallway who wasn't a sleep person told me what to do. Other than that everything was good.

If you cancel first thing on a Monday morning, it’s considered a “No show” and held aginst you. I woke up sick this morning and I’ve potentially been exposed to Covid, last week when my mother was hospitalized for Pneumonia and the patient next door had it. Dr Iqbal is amazing, but this policy is ridiculous during a pandemic.

Have a good experience whenever I go. Diagnosis went smoothly. I like Dr. Iqbal

The most Arrogant and Rude office in all of IHC network I have had the displeasure of having dealing with.
