The Hartford Police, Hispanic Officers Association was chartered in 1984 with a distinct mission to foster a friendly and fraternal relationship among the members of this Association, the Hartford Police Department and the citizens of the City of Hartford. Today, we remain committed to cultivating the culture and identify integrity and professionalism of Puerto Rican and Latino officers.
