Most awful equipment supplier, had refurbished oven and mixer, they charged $24k with install, next day gasoline oven Was on fire. My insurance did not.cover my loss because Harvest does.not.Have professional license for.gas equipment. GM of.Harvest Wonton fake.name blocked my contact also one of.their unprofessional tech stopped.responding when I told then you installed wrong. Stay.away.from.scammers
Purchased pre-owned cookie dropper from Juan and Tim, group of scammers. As soon as their unprofessional technician installed and plugged into power, we had black out and main power supply shut down due to heavy short circuit. Scammers were excusing that my wiring was wrong, I got done wiring from licensed electrician and he said its Harvest Equipment fault. Tim and Juan not answering my phone and not taking back garbage equipment. I was Harvest customer since 2009, I found out they do not have licensed gas technician or licensed electrician from local permit office. I will not recommend Harvest for any type of business especially dealing with scammer Juan and Tim. ZERO rating for scammers
My food establishment recently hired Harvest Bakery Services to equip our kitchen with several used pieces of equipment. We were extremely unsatisfied with the company on multiple levels and highly recommend anyone considering using their services to reconsider. 1. They have billed us for work they did rewiring one of our mixers upon delivery, which was necessary because of the type of electricity we had in the building ... they knew about our electrical requirements prior to delivering the equipment. In my mind, this work should be included in the price of the equipment or the price should have been discussed before the mixer was delivered. 2. They have been out multiple times to fix a timer issue with the same mixer, which continued to malfunction to the point that it blew out a few other parts of our machine because of a programming error. When we called to have them honor the warranty on the timer, they flat out ignored our call, and have yet to return our calls. We were forced to hire another company to fix their error ... the new technician verified the timers were the root cause of the breakdowns. Luckily, the new technician knew how to correctly program the timers and they have been working better than ever since. 3. The owner of the company repeatedly showed up without any advance notice to fix equipment. He has always been condescending and rude during his visits. When we politely asked him if he’d give us a little notice before coming by, he stormed out, then called back the next day to give us an earful over the phone. It was entirely out of line. No other company we’ve worked with has been so unprofessional and rude. We feel it is our duty to inform potential customers of the hazards of working with Harvest Bakery Services.
Had the best experience with one of their service technicians. Juan was able to fix our problem, explain why it failed and how to go about preventing further issues. If you need assistance, ask specifically for this service tech by name.
Best in town for any service on equipment or sales for new/used Equipment
