Absolutely fantastic park! Super fun and big. Would be perfect if it had some swings. There's a pavilion here, though I'm not sure what the reservation process looks like. There's also a massive grassy field, and a bathroom and a drinking fountain. The fields sometimes have soccer or football games or practice going on during the warmer times of the year, but it isn't everyday.
This is a unique planned development community in a area where most new construction is in small pockets of land developed piecemeal. It includes parks and trails, a great variety of homes from townhomes to single-level living homes with maintained yards, to traditional larger homes. Thanks to thoughtful initial planning it also has a church, elementary school, and commercial retail all as part of the development, all an easy walk from home. Build-out has been slow as the initial developers struggled financially, but new builders have purchased almost all the remaining land. Thoughtful architectural standards provide unified designs with variety that set this neighborhood apart from others. It may not be for everyone. Yes, it has a functioning HOA with rules and guidelines. If you want to do whatever you want in your yard, not take care of your home, etc., then this isn't for you. The yards are relatively small. Great to simplify yardwork and minimize water bills, but also not for everyone. We've lived here almost ten years now and been through the growth struggles and some still continue but they have been worth it to be part of a great and unique development project.
I lik this area. Very pretty and we'll kept. The parking can be a bit of an issue so keep that in mind. It feels peaceful and the people are usually very friendly
I have been living here for 7 years now, and have paid all HOA fee's on time, been excellent neighbors, and are very active in the local community here. I have had my classic 1975 F250 Highboy truck in the parking spot allotted for our use while we have lived here. Some of the neighbors here have been very disrespectful to me and my family telling us it makes the neighborhood look trashy. It has even gone as far as them calling the cops on us. The cop came and talked to me personally and told me that it was a beautiful truck and had no problem with it here at all. He said that legally he couldn't care less if I kept it here for years to come. Now the HOA has posted a warning sticker saying that it will be towed due to it being in "unacceptable condition", not having a parking passwe were never informed about any parking passes what so ever, and not being currently registeredwhy would they care? . We have called them to simply talk about these issues and obtain this unknown parking pass, but they will not answer or return our calls. They have left a sticker on my truck now and as of this Monday they are set to tow it without ever even talking to us in person. The HOA in this neighborhood is out of control and if you want to live in a world where adults talk to adults about issues, this is not the neighborhood for you. Lets bring back the day when you could actually talk like adults rather than call the cops on you, who by the way said that he thinks that it is ridiculous that they were calling him about such a stupid reason. Lets let our cops handle the real evil out in the world rather than a bunch of stuck up people who think they are too good to have an old vehicle in their eye sight. Our landlord is a saint and there are good people that live here, but overall I have had to much grief about something that is better than any new car out there.
We've been living in Harvest Park for a year. While I can't say anything about the ward because we do not attend here in Mapleton, but I have to say that every interaction we've had with the neighbors has been fantastic. We've been attending the neighborhood HOA meetings and folks are really willing to work together! The park is fantastic, and it's great having the elementary within walking distance and the high school just a short hop away. The views... just can't get enough of living in the high country of Utah Valley!
I recently visited your beautiful model homes. I must say I was quite impressed.Your sales associate was very helpful in answering all my questions. Thank you for your beautiful homes .
Awesome neighborhood. Cute homes. Love the community plan with walking trails and parks. Great place to live.
There is no way to contact the HOA because they have not updated their number on Google. It seems like an absentee real estate agency.
I thought it was clean and very friendly and seems like a good place to raise a family and my sister loves it and they don't call her picky micky for nothing but my dad sure loves it and it isn't to far from the front-runner and I enjoyed my visit thank u for your hospitality sister
A well maintained community with a playground for kids. The houses are beautiful with spectacular mountain views.
