My 2 Guinea pigs had an appointment last month with them and the vet techs/vet were all super super nice!!! The vet answered all of my questions and even gave me a mini lesson on what to look out for! It made me very happy to know that I’ve found a vet who is very knowledgeable with Guinea pigs! They’re pretty affordable too, one of my Guinea pigs is a bit spicy but they handled him with care and were patient with him. Definitely making Harwood my go to vet. I also plan on switching my dog over too.

Our family has tried many vets in the area and once we found Dr. Paul and his amazing staff we looked no more. We highly recommend!

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a smaller privately owned vet practice to establish care for my two retrievers. My dogs were very sick earlier this summer from mushroom poisoning and I felt that their emergency vet care was erratic so I was anxious to get them established with a vet “primary care” and get some answers about the state of their health. I could not be happier with Harwood Vet and Dr. Paul! The staff was great and I felt the care exceeded my high expectations!

Best vet we've ever had! Dr. Paul and his staff are all caring and knowledgeable. They really care about you and your pet and take the time to actually get to know you. Very reasonable prices and they never recommend things that aren't necessary.

When our first vet sold his clinic, I was so disappointed that it was someone different each time who saw our dog. If you want your pet seen by someone who knows and understands them, Dr Paul is the best. He and all the staff got to know all his quirky ways. When it was time to say goodbye to our old guy, everyone was so compassionate. When it is time for a new friend, we will be back.

I went to the Harwood Veterinary hospital on a recommendation from a friend. We both felt we were getting bad advice from the vet we each had been going to for years. Dr Habriga put my mind at ease immediately and my dog was very calm in his presence. He is our new vet. Highly recommended

Dr. Paul is awesome! He's a straight shooter and very thorough in explaining everything you need to know. Takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns and gets what it's like to be a pet owner having several pets at home himself His staff is very friendly with animals as well as their owners. You can tell immediately that they are all animal lovers and are so good at tending to them. I'd have to say our dog, Piper, actually enjoyed her visit to the Vet. Except maybe for the shot

Let me start by saying, we have been with this vet for 2.5 years. And up until now, they have been okay not bad, not great. But my recent experience is the reason we will no longer have them as our vet, and I felt the need to write a review. So here we go: Our pup was not doing well, we had been through some tests with the vet and ultimately decided it was best for him to be put down. We called the vet on Monday and they scheduled us for Thursday after surgery, so we didn't have a specific time. I called to confirm Thursday morning, they guessed it would be around 2:30/3pm. So my husband and I took the day off to do all the things you do with your pet on their last day. We said our goodbyes and grieved. Only to receive a call at 3pm that "unfortunately we wont be able to have the appointment today." EXCUSE ME, this is not blood work, this is not something you just reschedule. Cue the mental toll that takes on you. I asked, "You close at 4pm, can we get there right at close for the quick 5 minute procedure." Their answer, NO. You can't stay 5 minutes late for this situation, "unfortunately, no." Well when can you get me in, "Tuesday next week," five days later, if my pet made it that long. My jaw dropped at the situation, how could a vet office be so heartless, so unkind. Things happen, I get it, but try, try to make time for something like this, try to ease our pain and make it better. If you made it this far, provo, this was a long review. SO long story short, if you are debating using this vet, my clear vote is DON'T. They treat you like a number and not like family, which is what a pet is to many of us.

Dr Paul and his staff are friendly, great with my difficult kitty, and extremely knowledgeable. My cat has been having ongoing issues, and the office has been amazing with communicating with me and fitting me in for quick check ins when my little girl has had complications. I cannot recommend them enough!
