Hassler's Pharmacy

Says open on Sundays but we got here and there are closed the sign says.

It's a cute enough store but their pharmacy is utterly deplorable. I would not recommend it to anyone and we have had plenty of bad experiences filling our prescription both with the attitudes of the pharmacy staff to them telling us someone else had picked up a medication when THEY had canceled it. Too many bad experiences and it is always an unpleasant experience when any prescription mistakenly gets sent to Hassler's.

Service has gone down hill. No phone call to tell you your order is ready. Will not call you to tell you a order cannot be filled. Most places have a texting feature now.

No drive thru. I guess you honk the horn? No text service. No order website. No working with insurance companies on generics. This place is stuck in the 1980s. Go to Walgreens in Rockwood.

One of the last few places where you can have a real hometown experience! Everyone knows your name here after a few short visits. They keep you very informed about your medications side effects possible interactions and much more. They often ask if you have questions they go to great lengths to source medications if they dont have them. All these ladies are very courteous and kind and give service with a smile honestly i love this place and couldnt think of getting medications or mailing ups packages from anywhere else but here at my hometown pharmacy! Thank you hasslers drugs!!!

On Monday Hubby was diagnosed with bronchitis. We got the scrip to Hassler's and had our Son to pick it up. Hubby is well-covered by medical insurance with no copays. Hassler's would not release the medicine until $1.50 was paid!!! Finally scraped up the pennies late Thursday to pay but will not return. Definitely going to Rockwood, TN Walgreens. Not recommending Hassler's.

I've been using Hassler's Pharmacy for over 20 years and I love the service that Gina and her staff provide. You may pay a little extra for medicine or other product but it's well worth the price for such great service and friendly atmosphere.

Wonderful people, very personable, I can't say enough about the service received when visiting Hassler's.

The women at this establishment are very judgmental and don’t understand that when a doctor ups your dose on medication you run out faster, and they are just very rude. I would never use them again

Terrible service, lack of professionalism from the mostly high schoolers that are employed here
