Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you’re handicapped, the electric carts are helpful but the batteries are terrible. They need more of the handicap carts. Or they need to replace the batteries or get newer carts. The shelves are almost always stacked with plenty of product the lawn and garden needs more attention and more staffing help, pay your employees a little bit more you’ll get more people and the customers will have a better experience I did buy a tough shed product at the store and love it. see the pix ! 10x12x10 with 2 windows A transom on the other side, a vented roof and upgraded floor and we put in electric. I had a very positive experience today at Spring Hill Home Depot. I entered the store to purchase some balusters and shortly after, a gentleman named Larry in the lumber department took the initiative to ask me what I was looking for, got me a flat cart, and helped me locate and load them quickly without asking. I would have been happy to load them, but Larry's interest in helping people is very evident, and I'm appreciative of him. Home Depot needs more hard working employees just like him.
Went to purchase a refrigerator ours brokedown and had a hard time finding a associate to help. We found 8 different ones we liked but unfortunately they did not have them in stock. We would have to order 1. The associate that did help us seemed to be pushing us to buy the larger and higher priced ones which isn't a problem except for the fact we told him nothing over 30 inches wide. Needless to say we left without making a purchase. and
Eh... haven't had a lot of help when I've had questions. They messed up a custom door we ordered years ago. Last night was buying stones from the garden center and they closed the cash register down so I had to push the cart across the store loaded down with rock... not the end of the world, but wasn't convenient.
Buyer beware. Home Depot they deserve negative stars! The first pic is what my kitchen floor looked like before I purchased a countertop from Home Depot. The remaining pics show the damage caused by the installers and Home Depot. I paid $250 for a plumber to be at my home during the countertop installation and Home Depot never scheduled the plumber. The countertop company disconnected the water and caused water damage in my kitchen because they didn’t shut the water off all the way. Home Depot is refusing to fix the damage and they are also refusing to reimburse the money I paid for the plumber they never sent. Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase anything from this company!!! I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for years and this is the way they treat their loyal customers!
These guys went above and beyond to help us. The GM was willing to go the extra mile to help us move our gear in a situation that we really needed help with. Lacey was willing yo ask for the help and I applaud this kind of help the customer attitude. They were busy as they always are but still came through. Truly thankful and the good news couldn’t be left unsaid.
I bought a new zero turn mower at Home Depot Spring Hill, Tn that was discounted and the store calls me after I get home that they had already sold the mower I just got to someone else a day earlier and they needed to reverse the transaction. The incompetence at this store is unbelievable. I believe they have lost my business in the future.
My 70 yo aunt was shopping in this store several weeks ago. She walked by another customer who had a big-mixed breed dog. The dog growled at my aunt and lunged at her. The dog almost bit & attacked my aunt. Management was notified, just a ‘sorry’, but this is not acceptable. What if the owner had not been fast acting and the dog had attacked her. OR what if it had been a child? We will NOT be shopping here anymore. Keep your dogs at home!!
Really friendly worker in power tools helped me get the right tools and heads for them that my husband was asking for amazingly, without making me feel dumb for asking if I was getting what he was asking for or not. Really helpful
This home depot has always been a great store. They always have what I need. Staff is usually available and helps out when I've needed it.
