I saw Dr Konkle for Invisalign and had such a great experience! He took great care and attention in helping me make a plan of action to straighten my teeth and I'm so, SO happy with the result!

Making the decision to go here was painful, given that I am only 37 and facing the prospect of having to get all of my top teeth removed and get dentures. So walking into the office I was already feeling emotional and self conscious. The entire staff, and I do mean 100% of the staff, made me feel so comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in. I’m still heartbroken that I have to wear dentures, but between Dr. Konkle doing the extractions and Dr. David making my denture and partial, the whole experience has been truly amazing. For the first time in decades I actually feel confident in my smile, and I no longer cover my mouth when I smile or laugh. Everyone here goes out of their way to make you comfortable. Truthfully I can understand why they are called Hatch Family Dentistry, because they make you feel like family. I would recommend them for anything and everything from cleanings, fillings, dentures or implants. I promise you will have a new dental office for life if you go see them. Thank you guys so much for all that you do.

I've been a patient for a few years now. I'm very happy with their care. I'm a big baby about the dentist, and have had some bad experiences elsewhere, but everyone at Hatch has been kind, gentle, careful and communicative. So glad to have a great dental office in my city!

Going to the hatch has been a really great experience. Every person I interact with is helpful friendly and very cool. My dental hygienist has give me a complete regiment and within three months my gums are almost healed. The doctors are thorough and very down to earth. Everyone in the office is also very friendly organized and down to earth. For a lot of people going to the dentist is a little stressful and they make it really easy and you feel really comfortable. I would recommend them fully. And now they live in Tucson I still drive for my appointments in Phoenix. Thank you Hatch I really appreciate it. RB

I love Hatch Family Dentistry! I've been coming here for a few years now and every visit has been great. They really focus on preventative care, which we all know is more cost efficient in the long run. They make suggestions and educate, but they are never pushy. I've seen Dr. Konkle and Dr. Tanner - both are amazing and do outstanding work. They explain everything very well and take the time to answer questions. Sammy, the hygienist is so sweet and kind. The ladies at the desk are always professional and caring. I definitely recommend!

Pretty great dentist and hygienists here. Always on time for appointments and friendly. The front desk is the issue because they have messed up my billing on my account multiple times and have given me several different estimates vs charges. Each time it's a higher charge and having to paying out more money. When I called to discuss the issue the receptionist began then talking over me and yelling. It was so unprofessional and I cannot believe the way I would be yelled at when I was just trying to clarify the billing to better understand. She then called back and was still giving attitude during her apology. Which then she proceeded to talk down to me like I didn’t understand what she was saying. It’s sad that they have someone working their front desk driving customers away with her inability to talk to customers with respect.

All of the staff at Hatch Family Dentistry is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve always been really anxious about going to the dentist but they help me feel at ease. Dr. Hatch does beautiful work and is meticulous about every detail and his hygienists and assistants are all very kind and professional. I have and will continue to recommend this office to friends and family.
