Dr. Smith is always wonderful! He has been my dentist for about 20 years+. All of the characteristics you would want in a dentist, you will find in Dr. Smith...Knowledgeable, conscientious ,caring, friendly, genuine...to name just a few! I'm so glad I found him years ago.

I was very happy with my appointment at Dr. Smiths office.  I just had X-rays and teeth cleaning , but it was a very good experience.  All the people there are extremely friendly and treat people with respect.  They take care of all the insurance filing so it is a very easy appointment.  Thanks for a great visit!

Dr. Smith was very kind, I just had my initial appointment, cleaning, x-rays, and exam.    Karen is an exceptional hygienist!!  I felt well cared from the moment I made the first phone call. I have waited far too long to go to a dentist because I'm so self conscious about the condition of my teeth. The entire process so far has been amazing. From the person I set up my initial check up with to the sweetest person I've ever met Mrs. Karen to Dr Smith going over the things I need to get the perfect smile. I have to talk about Mrs Karen because she was so amazing and treated me like family. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows. I never get emotional about anything but had tears when I was leaving because of the way they made me feel like family. She hugged me and said we were going to get my teeth fixed so I'd want to smile. I'm sorry for being sappy, but I truly can't put into words how everyone in the office treated me so well. I can't wait to edit this to add pictures and show what they were able to do. I can't express how excited I am about this process and 100% positive I am at the right place to get the perfect smile.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bietz and then Dr. Smith for about 20 years.  Dr. Smith is everything that you want and expect for a dentist.  The front office staff is great, especially Jennifer who goes above and beyond to provide great customer service.  My hygienist of many year, Janet, is undoubtedly the best that I have had over the years.  She spends the time to ensure that you are educated about the status of your mouth, your teeth and to include your inputs into a comprehensive plan of care.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Smith for many years now. I trust him and his staff wholeheartedly with my dental care. I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist and Dr. Smith and staff makes sure I am comfortable in all my procedures. He truly does beautiful work!

Dr. Michael Smith and his crew are an outstanding dentistry team. When their ultra talented hygienist Janet had finished a spectacularly quick and amazingly fun stint of cleaning my teeth, I told her she was the GOAT of hygienists: Greatest Of All Time. And Dr. Smith astounded me by doing an improv job on a tooth that seemed unsalvageable, meanwhile reconstructing its crowned-but-damaged neighbor. Talent, cheerfulness, and efficiency--a fine outfit!

Dr. Smiths's office is the best.  The hygienist did a great job, was pleasant and professional.   Dr. Smith idoes a thorough examination and explains everything and gives all options/ outcomes.  The ladies in the administration area ate the best.  Always friendly and courteous.  I have been going there for years and will continue as long as they are there.   You will not find a better dentist office.
