I cannot recommend Havertown Auto highly enough. I have consistently received higher quality service here than even at the dealer. Josh in particular has helped me multiple times and has gone above and beyond in terms of service. For example, I had 10 days to get a new EV inspected since it was not possible to do at the dealer. After missing my initial appointment and being turned away at another service center, Josh made time to squeeze it in. Whenever there is an issue with my car, Havertown Auto is my first call. I was referred to Josh @ Havertown Auto Services by a friend of mine. Josh and his team are extremely professional. I took my Toyota Tundra in for Timing Belt and water pump replacement. The price was on point. There were no surprise charges. They perform fantastic work. I’ve been going to the dealerships for years but experiencing how well Havertown Auto treats their customers and cars I will be a long time customer from now on. Very fair prices and quick turn around time on work.
As a former service advisor, I know how hard it can be to find a shop that does quality work the first time, provides good communication, and all at a great price. Havertown Auto Services definitely delivered on all three on a recent visit for state inspection. At drop off, I let Josh know he could have it all day, I lived right down the street in walking distance. Before lunch I got a call with my update and I was able to pick up my car shortly after lunch. I highly recommend Josh and crew!!
The best around!! Good people who are honest and do a great job! Originally I brought my car in for a noise while turning and Josh said check the dealer first in case it’s covered etc- makes sense, no problem. Dealership tried to rip me off, said there’s no recall or coverage under warranty and quoted just shy of 3,500 for two issues. I never feel like your getting the truth from them anyway or it comes back with new problems so I declined, left and eventually followed up with Josh to see if they could do the work cause I’d rather pay them that much if I had to. Luckily they could but he was even confused at the quote for what they said I needed done, so needless to say I didn’t have to pay nearly that much and I would also trust anyone they would recommend for other services outside of their scope. I won’t go anywhere else and I highly recommend these guys!!!

I needed my fluids and tires checked to take my son to college. I tried to get an appointment with my dealership but they were booked. I stopped in at Havertown Auto Services and spoke to Josh. I told him my situation and with a smile he said he could help me and he immediately got to work. He checked all my fluids and topped off anything that was low. He made sure the pressure in my tires were good. He even blew out any leaves and debris from under the hood. The cost was about the same as a quick lunch. Thanks Josh and Havertown Auto Services for a safe trip to the college campus and back!
My family and I have been using this place since before I could even drive. Mike and his guys have always helped me and my family. They do honest great work and even deal with me and my lack of appointments and notice. We appreciate their establishment and this review is the least we can do for them. No matter what I recomend them for anything your car may need!
The guys at Havertown Auto are awesome. Always friendly on the phone and in person. Never make you feel like you’re bothering them. Work gets finished in a timely manner for a fair price. Highly recommend!
