My kids were stuck in the car inside with the car on. I had a newborn and a 2 and half year old crying inside. Cameron saved my life and got the door open. Becareful with Chevys they are dangerous cars !! They lock immediately on the dot if the car is on and the door is shut . It was a nightmare!!!! I wish I read the reviews and realized they must be buying them. They towed my wreck car and then called my leasing company to get it so they could get quick cash instead of going through my insurance. When I called the guy said, "we don't need to call you." The place is a complete scam and after telling people what happened I have learned I'm not the only one they have done this to. You have the right to have anyone tow you from an accident don't let K&S do it, you'll regret it

Christian came out today for a dead battery in my vehicle - excellent service! He was prompt, professional and very thorough in his explanation of what the problem was, the tests that he would be performing and then their results and my options for going forward. My car battery died and Christian came to save the day! He was very personable, knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what my options were. I mentioned I was running late for a prior appointment and I didn't know a battery could be changed so fast!
