Moved into a new residence and decided I needed a couple pieces of bedroom furniture. First stop was your place. Eddie Steele met us, showed us what we were interested in. We purchased and even added box springs to the order. Delivery is expected this week, Thurs. Very pleasant experience.
I just bought a couch & bedroom set with the help of Eddie!! He was kind, knowledgeable & attentive without being overbearing. I can’t say enough good things about him. I’m super excited to get my couch & bedroom set soon once my house is ready. Overall, a great experience and much better quality furniture than competitors.
My husband and I arrived right before closing just to browse and leave but ended up having a few questions about some furniture that really liked. The staff was very polite and patient with us although we were keeping them frome going home. Special thanks to Eddie. He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. He took the time to explain about the furniture and the process. He made us feel very comfortable. And to Jhalaya who showed us around at some pieces that she thought we may be interested in and was very helpful with getting our furniture order processed. Oh, and we LOVE the living room set that we giot!! Thanks Havertys!!
Polite, professional and listened to what we were wanting. Our sales rep was then able to take us to the exact piece of furniture we wanted. He worked to get the price adjusted and explained next steps in receiving our furniture. They nade it sinple.

The employee was very helpful and respectful of time and space. Also very knowledgeable of the product offerings that fit what we were looking for. Havertys has always been the go to for my furniture purchases.
We had a successful shopping visit to Haverty’s. Our sales person, Carmelitha, was patient and knowledgable about their products. Haverty’s always has a nice selection of quality and stylish products.
Nice clean show room! Mr Eddie Steele was very courteous and helpful and answered our countless questions with patience. He was very knowledgeable in the products and prompt with his responses. Although we haven't purchased anything at the moment, we will be back in the near future.
Eddie was very helpful. Everyone in the store was friendly and not pushy. Everything was clean. Very nice experience.
Everyone was so professional and didn't hover around us when we were looking at furniture. If we had questions they were answered knowledgeably. The main thing I would like to bring up is that why could we not get another pillow selection other than the one that was selected to go with the sofa. In other words I think the customer should be able to have a choice of which pillow they want thrown in rather than the selection be made for them. Everybodys taste in color/design is different.
