I was referred to Haynes Outdoor Living by my landscaper when I was in search of an Outdoor Fireplace. I was very impressed by their professionalism. Ericka was extremely detailed and informative as I was reviewing my options. She was a pleasure to work with! I was introduced to Vinnie, the manager, who followed up once my order was placed and he coordinated delivery and kept me informed. He too was a pleasure to work with. I felt so comfortable with the service, pricing and value, I decided to not only purchase the Fireplace but also put in an order for Tech-Bloc pavers for 2 large patios and walkways. Vinnie even came when the items were delivered to make sure the Fireplace was put together correctly! I highly recommend Haynes for their value and service and feel very comfortable in recommending them to all my neighbors when they were impressed with the transformation of my backyard. DI
I love love love my purchase from Haynes!!!! I am an artist aspiring to become a gardener landscaper mason and they really have helped inspire my vision for my own yard! I love the fact that this is an American family owned company which to me makes all the difference! I am super grateful for their help in helping my dream garden come closer to a reality! Worth every penny, and thats coming from a lower middle class person!
Great company. Lots of choices as far as landscaping goes and the choice of rock is superior. Very high quality product. The company cares about it's community also. They provide jobs, which in turn helps the town and general economy. Very A+ company.
Be very careful when dealing with them and get everything in writing. After putting down a $500 deposit on fire-pit in January, I got a call from them today March 30th telling me that they want more money because they did not include the insert as part of the fire-pit. Despite pointing out, that it was included in their website advertising and agreed at at the point of sale, they refused to do anything about it. They also wanted another $25 for delivery. Very unethical.
Haynes provided excellent quality material at reasonable prices and with prompt delivery. I ran into a problem and they went out of their way to assist me. Haynes' customer service is outstanding and I look forward to dealing with them in the future. I would highly recommend Haynes to anyone planning a project.

Called there twice to get pricing on bagged mulch. No one ever returned my call.so I then went to visit them. No one has ever returned with a price on a truck load of bagged mulch. I also needed wall block and pavers. No one has returned with a price. Not sure how they do buisness when they never call you and give you pricing and availability.
Awesome place! I worked with both Bruce and Matt and these guys know their stuff. The new location is impressive and just walking through the showroom is enough to get you inspired for your next project. They even sell grills!
Awesome! This outdoor living space showroom is incredible! If you have any idea about improving your backyard with a fire pit or pavers or chimney gas or wood or a stone kitchen, this is the place to come for ideas. $3000-8000 is a very general idea of costs. These stone pieces are just gorgeous. You could do your very own makeover and have the backyard outdoor space of your dreams.
Absolute horrible service as a matter of fact the worst service I’ve ever had at any type of quarry 30+ mins to get a truck loaded like what the actual hell and not to mention the operator has no clue what he’s even doing this place needs to be shut down for good I’ll be taking my business to burns materials from now on
