I have used their services few time and they have never disappointed me. Really good communication and customer service.

My first but definitely not the last time using their services. Staff is very nice and helpful. I probably called them three times because my package was running late, but they were very polite and helpful. The prices are also low compared to other companies. It’s definitely one level higher than other Armenian companies around I know from own experience.

Very poor service, no desire to help customers I drove 40 miles to send a box, but were refused, because they stated that they are taking products for shipment by 6:30 There is no sign about it in office nor in website

They are helpful: suggested box sizes and options to ship and the schedule and ETA are CORRECT!!!

Worst service ever ! I wish I could rate them 0. They lost two packages I have sent to Yerevan on November 30, the tracking number does not work, Armenia office reps response is different every time we call , it is either flight delays, customs office etc…I called to their US office and wanted to talk to manager twice, who is not in the office during work hours in weekdays, they promised manager will call me back, I’m still waiting for that call.

I am Armenian, but I go to this place in disgust, I see your way of working, they ask me to send my package and it turns out that because they don't like me, they leave it and put it on the next week, honestly, your service is like yours, it is substandard. As you are disgusting so is your service. It is unreasonable to complain to the manager because you are the same from employee to manager.

Amazing experience from shipping my boxes from Los Angeles to receiving it in Yerevan. I was nervous using them due to bad experiences from other shipping companies, however they exceeded my expectations! Even in Yerevan they gave me A+ customer service. I would definitely use them for my shipping needs and would recommend others to do so as well!

I send my package on November 29 and December 7. THEY told me that my package will be in Armenia before New Year FOR SURE !!!!!!Today is December 27 and nothing , they do not answer the phone , I cant be on hold one our. Horrible service . If you cant do your job , do NOT do it. I sent my package for NEW YEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER FIELD A COMPLAINT , BUT YOU FORCED ME !!!!!!!!!

Great service and honest! Staff is always nice and responsive. Their shipping prices are much better than other places we contacted. Will use them again in the future.

What a fantastic location. I've experienced nothing but great customer service every time I've come in to ship a package. The girls are very helpful and nice.Couldn’t ask for better service.
