We have a postal carrier who needs to be reported to police. He pretends he's doing his job while only looking through windows of neighbors. He doesn't deliver mail. Alex looks through the window of my 10 year old neighbor and takes pictures. Her mother has reported the incident. This is serious and we don't feel safe when he comes in the neighborhood. Her mother is taking precautions to keep her daughter safe. When calling the Post Office they don't answer and the new supervisor Kim is rude and complains about customers when she's the problem. She's not honest. We need a better and professional staff at Verdugo Station. Workers who deliver mail while looking through windows are making our community unsafe and harmful. This behavior is not acceptable. The old staff was 100% better.
Small post office but quick service they have a separate window for internet orders and pick ups which was great. Parking available right up front. My first experience was great! Keep up the good work guys!
Alex is a mail carrier in the Citrus Grove Area. He is the worst mail carrier ever. He is too concerned with dating during work hours unfortunately, we have heard multiple conversations on his cell while constantly get mail mixed up or sometimes feeling like we don't need our mail so doesn't deliver. It's been over a year and he won't change. Get off the phone, stay focused while delivering mail, stop trying to date neighbors and talking about last night's events...When he's on vacation we are so happy however when he returns we're sad again. We have spoken with a supervisor who said he should be suspended for constantly talking on the phone during work hours and getting mail mixed up. She was at the Boardway Post Office when we called Verdugo Station they put you on hold or don't answer. Now this will become a formal complaint because we tired of our horrible mail carrier. We received great advice from a supervisor and we're not getting our mail and getting our neighbor's mail. 5 neighbors are missing mail. Seriously, we need a new mail carrier today. He doesn't care about his job.
We have started a petition to get Alex fired from USPS he has violated his job serveral times. We don't want you in our neighborhood anymore and made formal complaints last week concerning your antics we're reporting everything and you do not deserve to be a part of the United States Postal Service. Nothing but an embarrassment, your antics we're reported. Everything is carching up with you! Our mail is not safe with you because you compromised our mail. My dad will take action against you. I'm not surprised if there's identity theft because of you. Please get away from us Please...our neighborhood is not safe.
I don't know how Sunday mail man works, but I had atleast 5 package from Amazon Sunday, I didn't get them, even I have notice right to my door bell,because the mail man scan the package front of the building and leave and I don't know what is the point. I saw two times mailman front of my home and he almost was leaving after I asked him, do you have my package? He found my package right next to the driver seat, I talked two times with supervisor but didn't work,
I've lived at my address for 6+ months and have never had a package delivered without having to call the facility. They're always late or held for no reason. The staff is friendly and ready to help, but it seems like the facility is run a bit chaotically.
Wednesday, August 25, 2021 Our mail was delivered today and it was delivered to the wrong address again! it seems this is becoming a weekly errors! Today, not noticing d address we opened the mail we realized that the content inside the envelope did not belong to us. Immediately we ran after the mail carrier and informed him that is not our mail and it was delivered to the wrong address, he delivered to 1500 Capistrano instead of 1500 Opechee. When we approached him he was very rude and with attitude he stated that "you are not supposed to open it" no apologies that he made a mistake. I think this carrier is not just rude but full of himself! I hope the Post Office reads this and if you are I am requesting to assign us to a different carrier instead of this obnoxious person and by the way he is not our regular carrier which he was extremely polite and professional human being. The rating that I will give will be very poor and unacceptable! P.S. We do realize that because of Covid-19 everyone is short handed we appreciate every ones hard work but bad behavior is not acceptable sorry!
Very friendly staff and quick helping nature makes sure that we don’t wait in line for long.
Please Read- These postal workers STEAL PACKAGES. This location should have closed years ago because of inside theft. Right now the police is looking into an investigation because of the complaints and missing packages. They are signed for or received but never delivered. If you’re thinking about opening a PO Box at this location don’t! Your mail and packages are not secure. Thieves who portray themselves as postal workers are taking them. Don’t trust them and file a complaint with Glendale Police and USPS regarding stolen packages.
Convenient parking, the staff there take their time and helpful. They don’t rush you.
