Very good experience considering it wasn't my best day. Walked in needing labs for kidney function. Within maybe 10 minutes was being seen. Excellent care from my nurse. Absolutely an angel. Front desk was helpful and kind. Also, maybe the most painless blood extraction I've ever had. Thanks for taking good care of me
I really appreciate the clinic recognizing my condition wasn’t just that I was very sick but that I have an underlying autoimmune condition that when exposed to sickness my body attacks itself! They got me in when there was little to no other patients! Put myself in a very safe place mentally and physically. Then the Doctor treating me not only for my sickness but my whole self was GREATLY appreciated! Great caring service is what they provided from the receptionist to the nurse and then the doctor! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
WARNING!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING NO WALK-INS ACCEPTED! Providers including nurse practitioner- will not greet you like Hi I’m …. How can I help you today? When you walk in and say do you want Tamiflu? Bad communication. Front desk is very rude. No compassion, empathetic, keeps slamming glass door in people faces, don’t you want to know why we are here? Cuts people off while talking. Multiple patients. Shouldn’t be working in health care if you don’t like people or your job. From 8am when you walk in they ask for appointments- but then why not post something on the doors? Why not post something on the website? Phones , anything at the front desk with no walking??? I have come here before with me and my kids on appointments different days and times but still had 2 hour wait every dang single time!! Each appointment. Last time we will be here. Music in wait room is very loud also!!
I was very pleased with the care I received at Health Care Express. Making an appointment and checking in was easy and CD went very smoothly. The healthcare employees were very professional and competent. My daughter has used this Urgent Care in the past and was equally as pleased. I would have no hesitation in using HealthCare Express in the future.
Fast, and easy service. Was in and out within an hour, with online check in and I did not have interaction with the front desk person, but she smiled and told me I was checked in, and gave thumbs up when I left, as I didn't jnow if I needed to check out. The nurse and Dr was very pleasant.
Took my 3 year-old here this morning. Made the appointment online easy peasy completed the paperwork for check-in so when we got there for the appointment there was no more paperwork to fill out! Yay! The provider and staff were professional, courteous, prompt, friendly, concerned and pleasant. They listened and answered the many questions I had. I highly recommend them.
Poor. I tested negative on all tests. I asked for for some steroids to help me fight my URI, the PA refused and said I should fight my URI naturally. One week later and still having trouble breathing still coughing. Call back to see if they would now finally get me a prescription for steroids, now the PA isn't in and a different provider is there, so now I would need a reevaluation. Great business model I suppose, don't provide care so patients have to keep getting evals and this place can keep fraudulently charging insurance.
They were fast, courteous and professional. I spent most of the time there waiting on the test results. Its difficult to beat in and out within an hour during flu season.
I don’t understand how this place is an “Urgent Cate” clinic , but doesn’t triage their clients. If you feel really sick, don’t come here without an appointment. This is more a Doctor's office than an Urgent care.
Never had an experience like this at this place my appointment was at 5:20 so I showed up at 5 and checked in I was back in the room by 5:30 and did not see the dr til 7 he was rude and didn’t really listen he was maybe in the room for 3 minutes diagnosed me with hypoglycemia but didn’t do any test or anything nor check my blood sugar and the nurse complained about how she hated her job and quote “didn’t want to hear about other peoples problems when she does not feel good” and at around 6:30 I asked when was the dr going to be in since I had been there for almost 2 hours said she would let me know then I didn’t see her again til I left the front desk lady was lovely though
