We are committed to providing high quality, multidisciplinary care by professionals who recognize the need for comprehensive assessment of needs from both the client and professional's point of view.
To qualify for our services, patients must be under the care of a physician, home-bound or otherwise, receiving services under a plan of care established and periodically reviewed by a physician, be in need of skilled nursing care, physical, speech, and occupational therapy on an intermittent basis.
