I did not have a pleasant experience. I went here for help with an expensive medication. I was able to get the prescription down to 20% and I was told they don't help with prescriptions and that their fundings were low. My over $1000 prescription is now $287, I told them any help would be appreciated and I'd pay the rest and was told the same thing. So, what exactly are they helping with??? Update: So about 4 days later someone called me from HCN stating that they got a free sample of the medication I need. Although it was the wrong dose and I didn't get it, it was truly a kind act for them to call me back. I will give credit when credit is due. My 1 star is now a 3 star. Thanks to the woman who called me back.

Health Care Network is an absolutely wonderful organization. They provide medical and dental care to those who need it most...the uninsured and low income population of Racine county. Their facilities are brand new, clean, and modern; and their volunteer providers genuinely care about helping the community get access to Health Care. I would recommend their services to anyone who qualifies.
What a wonderful organization in the Racine community that provides medical and dental care to the uninsured population!!! The staff are very professional and kind. The new location is easily accessible and a gem to the Racine community.

Not helpful at all! I was sick today and I was given an appointment to complete paperwork three weeks away...with no medical appointment at all. They were very unconcerned about my medical condition.
These reviews are full of LIES! On 1/7/20 i was REFUSED help because I did NOT have insurance. They ARE NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISED!
Not at all helpful. It says for low income or no income patients . I am that. They told me they cant help.
Called and the lady who answered had a real attitude after I asked a few questions wasn’t very kind to me.
They are very friendly And always helps
