I wouldn’t even give them one star. Henri Sanan, the owner, refuses to pay the PCW I had working for me. He’s owed $1452 and he’s most likely not going to ever see it. Don’t support this company. If you’re with a state HMO ask them for a different care provider immediately. Several employees in the past couple weeks have gone there with police presence requesting their paychecks. Henri, rather than being honest and admitting he can’t pay his employees literally ranted about racism and how people don’t like him because he became a US Citizen, basically pulling the race card which doesn’t even apply in this case because the question is where are people’s paychecks? Nobody cares what color he is or where he comes from they just want the money they earned and money he’s clearly misappropriated. I’m the person he’s getting paid to pay the person who takes care of me 22/week after a very traumatic car accident. Henri essentially made it clear to me that I have no right to speak to him or about him and stated that I don’t matter, but the money he was paid out of tax money your money for my in-home care surely mattered enough for him to keep it for himself.

UPDATE!!!! Because I wrote this review, interim has canceled my service. Instead of trying to repair relationships with their clients and employees they get rid of you. This place is a nightmare! I’ve had nothing but trouble with them. They can’t get decent help because their pay is so low. I’ve had 2 out of 6 that were good. One left for better pay, and the other hasn’t been able to come because interim hasn’t paid them! I can’t talk to anyone at the office because they won’t answer their phones. They seem to be avoiding talking to their employees and their clients. These people don’t have any compassion for their employees or their clients. If you’re considering using this company for your loved one DONT DO IT! If your loved one is going through the state for help ask them to use another company. This company is obviously being run into the ground. The funny thing is they get so mad when they get bad reviews. I told the owner bad reviews are the only ones he has!

Do not ever get a job at this. Someone know, last three paycheck they had to fight this company to get because this company doesn't have the money to pay her on time when they're supposed to. So if you plan on getting a job at this place don't cuz you won't get paid on time ever. Henry the owner is a con artist. Update: now they want to fired people for reporting the things they do wrong in their company to the proper authorities.

I have an aunt that gets care. Her aide is unable to provide the services to my aunt, due to the fact this company can not pay the employees when they are supposed to. They need to show compassion

My mother had an aide from this company that was supposed to come out three times a week to clean her apartment and provide personal care. The worker sent was extremely unprofessional and lazy. Almost every time me or my sister would show up the worker would be sitting at the kitchen table or in her car on her phone. She refused to clean the toilet or do any dishes that weren't in the sink. After my mom decided to let her go, she lied to my mom's apartment complex about additional occupants residing there and nearly got my mom evicted. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was a staff with this company for 9 months. I met few different background around clients. I enjoy serving them. The owner Heri is very reasonable with his workers. Never had a boss that understanding about his employees. I have see the guy got out of his way to serving for clients. I enjoy working for Interim.

In the past two years I’ve tried many local agencies sad to say most were very undesirable interim I gave one star their office manager is very rude ther caregivers are very inept to the caregiving field very uneducated to your personal needs very lazy in home care to be punctual it’s an understatement a lot of lonesome time waiting for the caregiver arrival some of the staff will stoop to the lowest of theiving from bed bound individuals very disappointing there were a few that were open for suggestions and willing to listen and learn. It isn’t a client position to have to train the people that they employ whitch is most all of them it’s sad for the elderly that cannot speak for themselves and get pushed around very sad

This place is something else, to say the least! I was contacted a multitude of times for an open office position they had available I informed them that I wasn’t sure about taking it due to my position/business hours at that time about 3 weeks later after probably the 10th call I finally gave in, set up an interview, and went to sit down with the woman who’d called me on many occasions. Once I got there, to meet with her/them, they seemed taken aback to say the least, and suddenly didn’t have any positions to offer. Reason being, the owner wasn’t in, and they were unsure of what position he wanted filled, so I’d have to wait until he came back. But MIND YOU, they had contacted me NUMEROUS times about the position, we’d discussed the open positions, the duties it intailed, etc., but I suppose the fact that I was “very well spoken” as they were sure to compliment me on, certainly they didn’t think a person of color would show up, which I attribute to the reason I never heard back from them! And, if this is said to be untrue, I still have the voicemailS on my phone and would gladly play them back, along with a list of missed calls! It’s a pathetic mess that one even has to deal with/worry about these things in this day and age.. then again, this IS America!

Worst company ever. The “boss people” aka: Henri and Sue are extremely disrespectful. All of the employees do not care about their jobs or the people they are caring for. The “boss people” also treat their employees like garbage; horrible hoursif you even get any at all, rude when conversations, etc. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!

I went to inquire about a CNA POSITION AND THE HIRING MANAGER WAS SUPER RUDE. I WENT IN THE HALLWAY TO WAIT FOR MY RIDE and I overheard her speaking with Henri. I don't have a car at the moment , and she says: oh, one of those again? Well, of course you have to have a license and a car... Smh... I see why they can't keep employees... She HAS A STANK ATTITUDE.
