The doctors are fine here have always had decent experiences . They do brush off a lot of things you say and don’t care or at least they act like that . Getting someone on the phone when you think you might not be okay they’re not there , not okay for pregnancy. It takes weeks to get them to do something for you . You have to actually pester them to do their jobs like FAX FILES . Leaving for a different clinic
Oh I will never come back to this clinic ever again. I made an appointment for my daughter because she had diarrhea for over a week. My daughter had a blowout right before leaving the house. Arrive to the clinic five minutes outside of the window and they refused to see my child. The point of going to this appointment was because she has diarrhea. If any doctor can’t understand that we’re late because she had a blowout. So maybe they should retire from being a pediatrician. They directed me to urgent care and said it was over a two hour wait. I’m disappointing in their care
Stay away from this place. All they care about is getting as much money out of your pocket as they can. The doctors and nurses do a great job. It’s the the crooks that run the the clinic that should be locked up. WARNING check your bill carefully they charge for things that were never done.
I brought my gal for a follow up appointment. The staff was accommodating. And the nurse was awesome. I don't remember her name but I think she said she worked there for 7 years. She is a good person. Thank her for me!
Dr. Fekadu is a wonderful Doctor who will listen to you and not interrupt you at all. She is very kind and outgoing and very professional. Dr. Fekadu has a kind heart and is very gentle with her kind words. I would recommend her to everyone. She is very kind to those who need extra help and takes the time to get to know you. She goes way beyond for her job. Thank you Dr. Fekadu for taking me on under your care! Also, the Woodbury Healthpartners Clinic is very clean and everytime I walk in I feel cared about. The staff are very professional. Thank you for every staff.
As much as possible stay away from these large medical service providers. They are a rip-off. They will look for every opportunity to bill you for services that weren't provided but in a way that makes it difficult to argue. The billing coder job is definitely one of the rip-off jobs in the medical industry.
Don’t even bother coming here for urgent care outside of their regular appointment hours. We were told it’ll be a hour wait and was there for 2 & a half hours with no check in on if we were next in line or not.
Very clean facility with plenty of parking! Staff were very nice, and I appreciate that they had everyone wear face coverings, which we provided if needed. The nurse working with me went out of her way to help me schedule a follow-up appointment which I appreciated!
Trying to actually speak with someone on the phone is horrible. There's no easy way to just get a message to your doctor. Heck, if you want to schedule an appointment, you're looking at a 20 minute hold time. Very frustrating. And if you're not feeling well and would like to see your doctor within next week... forget about it. You're looking at, minimally a month. Then, I love how they try to get you to use their Virtu-well online doctor. There's no appointments for that either. Just a joke.
Terrible service from a terrible clinic, staffed with terrible people. Went in for a walk-in visit, was told the wait is two hours but we could sign up to ‘wait from home’. I asked for assistance signing up and was told they cannot help you with that. You have to do it yourself. Why did we drive all the way there to be told to leave? Will not return. On the plus side, last time I was here they bumbled the visit so bad I wasn’t even billed so poor staff quality has it’s upside.
