Last two visits to urgent care waited for more than 3 hours.  Had been told it was going to be a 1.5 hour wait.   After I was seen both times.   The place was deserted of all staff and all the lights in the parking lot were turned off.  So I had to walk to the back of the lot in the dark.  When there, I was seen by the nurse practitioner.   At the desk they should ask your preferences of Nurse Practitioner or MD. Or tell you they only have N.P available.   The N.P. that I saw wasn’t even going to look in my ears, nose, or listen to my heart; had walked outside to leave but then swung back in saying I guess maybe I should look at your ears.  During my visit I was told I didn’t look that sick even though I had already been diagnosed with a resistant form of staph infection in my nose from a different doctor in which I brought the paperwork on and my medication.  This NP did at least give me a referral to an ENT.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were very friendly, professional and thorough with my diagnosis. They made me feel very comfortable and following instructions for care, I am already feeling better about my skin.

Allina clinic in Woodbury is a place that everybody want to go, they have a great doctors , nurses, lab technicians pharmacist , all the workers in Allina Health clinic in Woodbury they are there to support you to reach to your health goal.

Went to Urgent Care and waited for 2 hours we were told it would be, just for them to say we have to wait another hour if we want to be seen. Every time I talked to the receptionist she was no help. Ended up just leaving because everyone was completely useless in providing any answers. 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back.

Not efficient. You get a # then wait an hour plus only to finally "register" then get told how much longer you wait to be seen. In our case it was another 2 1/2 hours. I got my # at 8:45a. My child wasn't seen until 12:30. I have been to Hastings where you check in right away and the longest I have ever been there was 1 hour for wait time.Its just not as efficient as other urgent cares that I have been too. I guess just make sure you bring snacks and activities to keep kids busy.

What an absolutely useless phone system. It doesn't understand simple English and just tells you to call again when you're not having technical difficulties. That's it. It doesn't even give you the option to speak to a real person.  To bypass this, ironically, press '1' to get into the queue for those with language barriers.

Always courteous, helpful and fairly easy to get into. We have gone for medical, OBGYN needs and more. Always knowledgeable,helpful and kind.

Just moved to Woodbury and Dr Smith was our first visit with Allina. She made the transfer very easy! Glad we found her!

I have seen several different providers at Allina Woodbury and always treated professionally and very well. My primary physician Dr Alexa is always excellent

Dr. Schmitz is knowledgeable, professional, listens, provides answers, options and solutions. She responds to messages I send and test results via the app timely.
