Health Partnership Clinic

This place is so disrespectful. The front desk person is always short and rude. Everytime we come, the doctor and nurses are at least 30-45 minutes late to see us. The one time we were literally 5 minutes late to our appointment, they rescheduled our appointment for a month later. This appointment was also supposed to be his one year check up so we had alot of questions about transiting him to whole milk, different foods etc. Nope, they didn't care. Also, my son's vaccinations were months late because their machine broke and I had to take initiative to call constantly and set an appointment even though they said the give us a call. This is a terrible clinic with terrible people. Don't waste your time with Dr. Halwany and her staff.

The staff here are amazing! They are very caring. From the lady to the front desk to the nurse in the back. They try and form a bond with not only their patients, but also with the parents. They do their job well. And I'm amazed with Dr. Cheri El Halawany! She's very caring with all her patients and you can tell she just loves her job. She cares about every child that walks through the door and is very thorough at explaining any questions/concerns parents have. She's just wonderful. Yes, it can be a lengthy appointment sometimes waiting in the room to get seen by the Dr, but they are doing their best to minimize this. They even send plenty of appt reminders. Since people are still late they send a warning not to be more than 5 minutes late or you will have to reschedule. I've noticed that this helps the wait time significantly for people who are their on time. Regardless of the wait time, the wait is worth it. Dr. Halawany spends time with her patients and does not rush. You can tell she always looks at patient charts before visiting your child. She's so prepared EVERY TIME. I'd rather wait the 15 mintues or 30 minutes for my children to see such a great pediatrician doctor than a doctor that rushes and doesn't care. I definitely recommend this place!

Dr. E, YOU ARE THE BEST! YOU ARE AMAZING! Your bedside manner, your patience, your knowledge, & your care of my children is beyond words. I'm grateful as a mom for you and your care.
