These folks called me in exactly at the time of my appointment to the minute. The technician, Yesenia, could NOT have been nicer or more professional and comforting. She was quick and informative. I was done in 20 minutes from the time I walked into the room. I'm a very nervous patient and they handled me perfectly.
This is my 7th lab/doctor appointment in 14 days and all my experience thus far has been with rude and impatient technicians or office staff. Until today... this office has the most friendly, efficient, patient and kind front office staff and technicians that I've experienced since moving here 2 years ago. Exactly the customer service every human deserves.
Very nice facility. Front desk staff very professional and friendly. Yesenia, my Radiology Tech was very professional, friendly, nice and lets me know what she has to do. She made me feel comfortable and confident that she is doing a good job of doing my Dexa scan or bone scan.
Arrived at Palm Desert branch at 12:25. Paid my co-pay, was given a bottle of "medicine" & told to drink it all. Done! Given 2nd bottle told to drink half. Done... at 1:45 I asked how much longer... 10 minutes. If not called by 2pm, I'm outta here. 5 minutes later, Michelle called me back ~ she was cordial yet professional. I found out she's only been there few weeks. Outstanding ~ she will go far!
Great experience! Front desk and attending nurse were friendly, explained what the process was and the lobby was clean and comfortable. And for added fun I voted for the best decorated ornament.
Very friendly,patient and understanding/compassionate staff! Very helpful. Had a few road blocks such as change in the time of appointment,but staff there helped me and we got the cat scan done. Thank you!
I arrived early for my appointment and they took me as soon as they could. Staff was polite and courteous. The technician explained everything and gave instructions slowly. Very professional. Overall it was a good experience.
Had a very pleasant experience here. I was quickly checked in online option easy & quick the day before I was in & out before my appt time! THAT doesn’t happen much these days! I’d recommend this Rad Group!
Tech was friendly and helpful. Front desk could acknowledge patient presence and inform they will help in minute. It is awkward standing at desk with no recognition. Otherwise, no problem.
I was able to pre check in online. They're was maybe a five minute wait from in person check in to being escorted to procedure room. The attending diagnostic person was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was out of the office within 15 minutes. I had a bone density test. Lynda
