Health comes from within. Whether it is structural or nutritional, our goal is to meet the needs of that body to restore, rebuild and repair. Dr. Timothy Grothman has years of additional training in Functional Medicine or Functional Nutrition which helps to get to the underlying cause.

Dr. Brendan Irwin was raised in Sonora, California. He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Exercise Science from Cal State Fresno in 2009. In order to continue his education he relocated in 2010 to Portland, Oregon and graduated with his Doctorate in Chiropractic and Masters in Science, Sports and Exercise Science in 2013. From there he made his way to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and began practicing at Health Within Chiropractic Center in Post Falls.
Dr. Irwin has participated in multiple volunteer medical staff events, one of which being the 2013 Maccabiah games in Tel Aviv & Jerusalem, Israel. He was a member of an international team of Chiropractors treating athletes from all over the world. Additionally, Dr. Irwin was a member of the medical staff at the 2013 Pacific Crest weekend sports festival in Sunriver, Oregon where he used his expertise to treat Triathletes, runners and cyclists of all ages.

Dr. Irwin attributes a large portion of his continued success to his parents & his mentor Dr. Timothy Grothman.
