I've been an Associate I believe since 1997ish and I Love the customer service that I always when I enter this location.  The staff is Amazingly courteous I Love all of them. Thank you HACU Credit Union.

I have been with HACU for over 20 years and the service has been nothing but outstanding. The employees I have encountered have been friendly and professional. I have visited the Naperville Branch and mostly Oak Lawn and service is consistent throughout. Thank you HACU.

very inconvenient banking institution! Barely any locations. I can never get anyone on the phone to talk to if i need assistance! I always have to talk to PAM and don't nobody want to talk to "her"!! I will be closing this account first thing in the morning. Would have done it today but they were closed before 1pm....... I wish i could give ZERO stars!!!

I SPOKE WITH Cindy at the call center...Her customer service was Phenomenal...I was having trouble with my online account and she stayed on the phone with me, I had to get off the phone..she called back to check on me, the situation still wasnt rectified..she called me the next day and solved the problem. Kudos Hacu & Cindy...You have 5 star service and employees!!

All the girls are so friendly!bank atmosphere with a family feel..Sylvia is the best!remember all these women from old locations they have not wavered from complete professionalism.
