Went in at 5:30 with a severe cut on my hand, they took me very quickly, and sewed me up in short order. Very professional an a great overall experience. I know I was somewhat fortunate that they weren't terribly busy, that was definitely luck.
I recently had to visit for an extreme poison ivy outbreak. Everyone from the front desk, to the support staff to the Dr. that saw me, were very friendly and had a great bedside manor. Even for being a health stop open to the public, I was in and out in about an hour. I thought that was good, considering it was my first time there. I would definitely visit again.
Fine if you need a Covid test…other than that, don’t expect actual healthcare. This place processes you like cattle in order to bill insurance. There are much better urgent care that will actually try and help you vs process and usher you out with a piece of paper.
Everyone there was very pleasant and professional! We filled out the necessary paperwork and they got me into a room promptly. The Dr checked me out and wrote a prescription and printed instructions and explanations about it. In and out within a half hour. Very good experience!
Went in today to have my ear unblocked/flushed out. I live in Plymouth, but the Plymouth location didn’t answer their phone so I ended up going to the Pembroke location. A good experience. Friendly staff. I was seen and treated quickly. I’d be interested to see how the Plymouth location is run, as it’s much closer to my apartment.
Both my wife and I went in with same complaint. Not an emergency but visiting from out of town so no primary doc here. Very little waiting not busy at the time. Very friendly and efficient. Took time to talk with us. Diagnosed problem right away, explained treatment and sent prescription to our pharmacy. Correct diagnosis and treatment and problem resolving quickly. I'd certainly go back there again if needed.
Great service, no waiting, with Dr within 5minutes. Had minor surgery to remove infected object! Clean, fully equippted, and great service. Highly recommended !!!
It was obvious the Dr. couldn't stand me and the feeling was mutual by the end of the appointment. No bed side manor skills what so ever. In the end i didnt go to be coddled I went to be healed and the Dr got me fixed up fast. I'm very happy and would refer this clinic to anyone that needs urgent care. 5 star review
Great visit here. Front desk staff was polite and efficient. Medical assistant and P.A were both professional and knowledgeable . Listened to my concerns and didn't hurry me. I would definitely go back.
I was seen quickly. It was efficient, clean. The team was gray from check-in, nurse who took vitals and the doctor. Prescription was sent to pharmacy and ready for pick up when I left clinic. Very positive experience.
