I cannot express in words how helpful Home Instead has been during an extremely difficult and emotional time. They made it possible for my father to return home and I will always be so grateful. The entire staff goes above and beyond on a daily basis and are beyond comforting and understanding. I would highly recommend them!!!!
This company is the worst company I ever seen, they don’t treat the employees right and the elderly are not getting the treatment they need. They hold off your pay, which is illegal, they promise you bonus when you pick up shift but don’t pay you for it. They only care about the money and not the care they provide. The new owner Willie is horrible 3 years ago the owner was much caring. Stay away from this company!
I have only had positive experiences when dealing with Home Instead. I found the staff very helpful and all my questions were answered promptly and completely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Home Instead!
I wish I could give them 0 stars. They should be called nursing home or hospital instead. Do not expect any care to actually show up for your elderly loved one. They will continually assure you that they will actually be there. They will take your money, and they will never show up, or let you know they aren't coming.
Not a good company, owner only care about about the money. Not the care they provide, I dont recommend them. They are fraud
Great company, wonderful caregivers. They took care of our mother and father and would trust them again with a loved one.
Great company, they take care of the elderly with respect and thoughtfulness. Very kind staff, both caretakers and the office staff.
Dont treat employees with respect.
