What an amazing experience. This was Carly’s first grooming session and mine. I’ve never had a dog that needed grooming. I asked for nothing fancy just a cut to keep her cool and what she would tolerate. The staff made us feel comfortable and they took extra time with Carly. Apparently, she didn’t tolerate the kennel so they kept her out of it as much as possible! Thank you! We will be back!!
I just rescued a senior dog that was a mess! She had matted fur everywhere and does not get around very well. Not only were they able to get me in at the last minute, but took their time grooming her because she needed so much work done and was exhausted. So they just let her rest and then continued when she was ready. And they treated my new rescue as if she was their own! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give!!!
We love bringing out pups to get groomed by Chelsea. They are so loved and cared for while they are there. When we return to pick them up, she gives a full detailed update on how they did and issues if any. They are always so happy and looks so good when they come home.
Natalie always does a fantastic job on my dog Cotton. She also takes into consideration his personality and sore hips. We appreciate her attention to the little details. He always looks great!
In honesty, we are so disappointed. Not only was our dog terrified to go for a second visit here, we asked for an extra blow out since he is a huskey- and they did not do it. You can easily tell as he still had CHUNKS of hair following off. They claimed that “he wouldn’t cooperate so they couldn’t get him on the table”. That’s no excuse. Not only that, but my husband witnessed one of the staff members being rough with him. Let them know about the hair on his bottom and she just grabbed it like it was nothing and pulled. That’s not okay. I have been brushing him and have filled a 8 gallon garbage can of hair. Would not recommend for huskies.
I’ve always had a great experience here! One of my dogs is highly reactive, and this is the only groomer that has shown him kindness/did not act afraid of him. I usually feel so stressed out and worried taking him anywhere, but his groomer Christy made him feel safe and even have her a few kisses. We will keep coming here for the foreseeable future!
Our 9 month old Goldendoodle was a much more mellow guy after his 1st grooming with Kristy. Everyone there was organized, friendly, and their love for our dogs was apparent. We were given directions on how to guide his behaviors with noticed improvement that very day.
Friendly and caring owners and employees. Our long haired cat was groomed and had a lion cut. Looked great on him!
Always turns out amazing they are patient with my boy while he’s still getting used to the grooming process.They always seem to enjoy my meeko man as much as I do
Zoey always walks out looking FABULOUS! The groomer does a great job each time. We have referred her to friends. Thanks again Chelsea.
