I have no complaints. Walked right in mid afternoon did the self check in. But before I could even get to my seat I get called in. Also for the test I took didn’t have to get my blood drawn more than once. No complaints at all. What else could you ask for.
I experienced a terrible experience with the quest in Calumet city I came in spoke was not greeted very nasty attitudes and I felt like they are not Black people friendly after being over looked for people who just walked in
Don't change anything at all. This is the best Quest that I have visted. The service is fast and the staff is very respectful, and courteous.
The staff are very nice. I always get in and out in 10 minutes. I was disappointed when the lady drawing my blood informed me that they will no longer be taking walk-ins and that I must schedule the appointment and show up at the given time or I wouldn't be seen. Because of my job, I sometimes get the opportunity to leave early. This allows me to get to my appointment and get labs done fast. I decided to visit the Hammond location who informed me that they take walk-ins. She also told me that all locations take walk-ins but appointments will be seen first. I've been using Quest for decades and was always able to do a walk-in and get my lab work done even if I went earlier than my appointment time. I checked the website and the lobby and saw nothing saying that a visit requires a appointment and without one I won't be seen. I figured that I was being lied to about a required appointment. I was told this at my appointment on Wednesday, July 27th. Can someone from this location please find out who drew my blood and why I was told that a appointment was required? Can someone make sure that if the information given was true that they update the website and post in the lobby or door? As big as Quest is, they could sent out a email or a letter via post office. I'm just trying to get to the truth and see why the policy changed after decades. Regardless, I won't be returning to this location since a appointment is required. Very disappointing.
Went for a blood test and I was in an done in less than ten minutes ..the technician was great , and I didn't even feel her stick me with the needle . Definitely the place to go for this sort of test...
if you need a blood test fast, this is the place to go. The lady that takes your blood is so nice and gentle! I don't even feel the needle go in. you sign up for your portal online, and after that it's smooth sailing. You will get your results within a week, even one to two days sometimes. Portal is easy to use, easy to read once you make your account. I am from Northwest Indiana and I take the expressway, Torrence avenue exit, turn left and it's only a couple blocks down in the strip mall. Directly across the street from Sunrise health foods. even better if you need a smoothie after
My mother, a senior citizen, visited this facility 10/28/20 between 8:15 - 8:30. The person that registered her was very rude and not helpful. Snatched the paperwork from her hands because my mother had trouble trying to register at the kiosk. I could say more but long story short, my mother left in tears. I wish I had the staff person's name so that I could report that individual. If you do not have patience to assist senior citizens, then you should not be working in customer service. I am very upset and will be looking for a different company to provide these services in the future.
I decided to go on MLK Day and I was nervous that it was going to be super busy. I couldn't of been more wrong. I signed and they called me right away. They were very courteous and helpful. Dana was my representative and she showed me how to get the app My Quest. I loved my experience.
Claims to have the best premium pricing for united healthcare insurance holders. Not true. Same services cost me $100 more towards deductible versus getting them done at community hospital walk in. Will not return...this is why Americans want transparent pricing, taking insurance into account...stop with the advertising games and claims of pricing.
Went in to get blood drawn, was already anticipating a bad time from previous blood draws nothing to do with quest. Dana got me in and out; in under 5 minutes! Got me first try as well!
