You get decent care here. The care team has been wonderful and knowledgeable. The problem I have is with the receptionist, they are incompetent. Sometimes it takes 2 receptionists to check in one person. It’s not like they are new to the job I’m been going there for 9+ months now. It’s always the same 3 receptionists there. HealthPartners needs better receptionists.

I get decent care here, although between lack of urgency for my prescription refills and a bit of inconsistency between providers and keeping my chart updated, I also am very frustrated about the hours you have posted.  If the clinic is said to be open then people should be answering the phone, correct? Clinic opens at 7:20 according to your google page. I call at 7:30 because I NEED my prescription refilled ASAP and I get the automated line telling me they’re closed.  Either update your hours or have someone answering phones once you open. When I’m already dealing with medical problems, this situation only makes me more stressed and frustrated.

We had an urgent care follow up appointment on 10/9 for my daughter. The nurse Amanda was AMAZING! My daughter has been having a really hard time at the doctors and has been very afraid to go. Amanda was so patient and did all the vitals on my daughters doll first so that she was more comfortable! Thank you Amanda, your patient care was outstanding! We will be sharing with others about the wonderful care we received from you today!

Service by the professionals was good.

Clinic is normally good, my Dr. great. BE WARE of Billing Department!! Before you pay a bill. Be sure you really owe it!! It’s been over a month trying to get my $193.00 over charges refunded to me.

My wife and I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30pm to see an OBGYN. We scheduled this through the HealthPartners scheduling desk via phone two days ago. We show up early and try to check in. We are told that the nurse practitioner we were told we were scheduling with a doctor is unavailable but that we can schedule with another doctor. Whatever. But the front desk schedulers can't do that, we have to get escorted back to the OBGYN schedulers as apparently they do all of their own scheduling. When we try to schedule, we are told that we still owe a $600 balance. We have not received any communication regarding this and thought we had paid everything off. We are told we either pay $30 or we don't get seen. Shouldn't we have been told this WHEN WE SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT TWO DAYS AGO?! So now we have spent $30 towards a balance we aren't even sure exists and waiting two hours to see a doctor we have never met before. I have never been more disappointed at a company in my life. Shame on you, HealthPartners.

My visits to the clinic have been good, which is most important, but I've had a number of issues when communicating over the phone. Last 2-3 times I've scheduled an appt I get a callback later in the day that the time I was told isn't actually available, and I've had a lot issues with getting prescriptions approved too. The dr forgets to approve it, they send it to the wrong pharmacy... I also get a lot of repeat calls, 2 calls with lab results, appt reminders, etc. Could be worse, but I do wish they'd improve in this area. The prescription issue is particularly frustrating

I love this clinic I totally love my doctor Fatima Nazar she is very caring for her patients, and will reply back to your calls and concerns at a timely manner. I have seen many other doctors there and have always had a great experience. The reception desk are great ladies, and the pharmacy is fast and quick. I am happy to be a patient here. I saw a doctor today Dr. Robert C. Droullard MD. They said that he is a float doctor he was so amazing after coming in after a car accident. Made me feel comfortable and gave me medication to help my body soreness. If you go here I hope your experience is just as great.

The doctors and nurses don’t know how to treat people. They made me feel embarrassed for the health problems I was experiencing. At the end of my appointment the gave me a mental health pamphlet and sent me out the door. I called the nurses line and the nurse I talked to was understanding and very helpful but in person I was left with more questions unanswered than when I sought help. The tole that this has taken on me and my fiancé is more than worth it. If I could go back in time I would have gone to Alina.

I've been visiting Dr. Nisar for a few years, after Dr. Nelson left. I could not've  asked for a better. Very knowledgeable in explain the whys and why nots. One year due to change in insurance, I could not see her, my entire health went haywire. Couldn't wait for the year to end to see her again.  Very patient! Could not ask for a better doctor - absolutely caring.  Mink Rajwanti Mahadeo
