The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The medical assistant was personable and caring. Kevin Johnson PA was excellent. His assessment and tests ordered were appropriate . His communication and follow-up phone call with results of labs and CT done at a outside facility were reported quickly. My husband received outstanding care.
Had to wait an hour plus. Poor communication from staff. A lady with her daughter comes in with seems like a broken leg. They get in before us. She should have gone to ER, not urgent care. The girl ended up being driven by ambulance to the hospital. They should have been asked to go to ER. So frustrating just waiting.
Online check-in stated 1 hour 22 minutes at 1:15pm. Arrived at 2:30pm and still waiting to be seen at 4:30pm. Guess we should have gone to Fairview.
I believe the doctor was Cheryl and she was the most caring kind doctor I have ever seen. I felt like she cared about me and was empathetic. She is a doctor who seems to be in the business to help people. The nurse was super helpful and kind too.
We had a great first experience here. Staff was all very pleasant and treated us with compassion and like they cared. The nurse practitioner we saw was awesome with our four-year-old. It may have been the timing of day but fast and efficient!
Even with an appointment expect to wait over an hour for the doctor to finally see you once you get in the room. I’ve been here 10+ times throughout my life and it’s always the case. I understand you should expect a wait usually but not every time with no one else in the waiting room. I have now gone elsewhere and there is way better service.
Worst Experience! Regular Doctors may be good during the weekdays, but never go to Urgent Care!!!! Warning!! You might as well go to the Emergency Room because they won't treat anything and they don't do a very good job. I would highly recommended North Memorial Urgent Clinic in Blaine over this place. I always want to give the benefit of the doubt, but 3 strikes is a clear indicator to run as far away from Andover Riverway Urgent Care Clinic. I apologize to regular staff and receptionist, but Urgent Care PA and RN aren't the best.
Visited urgent care 4/3/21 for had laceration, staff was friendly and did not wait long. Butttt doctor was in a hurry with the last 2 stitches which resulted in the laceration continuing to bleed a little bit, when I questioned the doctor about it, she said "oh that's just where the needle went in the skin" in which I replied "wouldn't all of those areas of the stitches bleed?" sadly to say she had no response and just covered up the laceration and sent me oh my way. Warning first photo contains a little blood around the area
Sat for almost an hour in the waiting room past the appointment time. Go somewhere else, it's faster.
I am here for laboratory check for my medication refill no appt needed walk in for lab work results to dr just regular check up. Few minutes wait very easy got it accomplished!
